Uneducated security staff but amazing GM and Director of room

Front Desk - Average, they are cool and get their job done, but make me feel that I may have ruined their day (; Bell Desk - Good, much better experience and they are friendly Cleanliness - Good Shower - Excellent, great and consistent hot water pressure Room - Poor Non-stop water pipe running noise from the air-conditioning. Non stop blinking message light on the phone. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10:15 to rush you to check out (check out time 11:00am) Security - Poor. Non hotel guest was allowed to trespass in the lobby and guest lift. Will I stay here again - Probably, for price and location.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, great staff and pool. Food was great and bar service was excellent.

Location is good with metro and mall within 5-10mins walking distance.

Garbage, keep charging to my bank account after checkout, charged for breakfast for 3 times even the reservation is breakfast included and already been pre-paid, and do no refund after this charge,

Housekeeping tried to enter my room 8:48 in the morning while I am sleeping. I am not sure it is normal but I have not experienced it before. Room and bathroom is really spacious.

Good location, bad water system i hear the whole night and couldn’t sleep good. Never go back and not a suggestion to anyone who’d love to go LA hshahahhahaha

The hotel is in downtown Los Angeles, relatively high-end, the rooms are clean and tidy, large and new, and the service is very good. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall it’s pretty good.

The hygiene is average and there is dust on the table. The location is good, a few minutes walk from the Staples Center.

After staying for 8 consecutive days, I woke up a few days ago and found that there were bugs in my bed It turned out to be "fleas", we did an experiment Put the toilet paper in the bed sheet and come back at night Bed sheets haven't been changed, and many service staff have very bad attitudes Is this a hotel for 8-9000 a night

The room is big and clean, and the service is good. There is no Chinese service. I stayed for three nights in a row. Except for the sound of talking and walking upstairs on one night until two or three o'clock, the rest of the time was relatively quiet. Among them, I fell asleep at 8 or 9 o'clock on two days and heard the fire alarm reminding me to listen to the radio in the room, and I was woken up. No buffet breakfast, only a la carte. Overall okay.
