第一次碰到這種酒店，床頭沒有開關，還得到門口去關燈，房間有異味，沒電梯，出差上千次，這是第二個差評酒店，前台不給開發票不説，還愛搭不理，也不給想想辦法，還説除非機器自己好了，這是什麼話，真的非常生氣。一個服務行業能做成這樣，我也是服了。
