This place was disgusting it was full of ******* and homeless people. Very scary environment.

Everything was very clean
The rooms were updated and clean
The common areas were dated and needed a little work
But clean.
Breakfast was a little sp****.

Had nooooo idea this was a non for profit hotel with residents in a bad part of the city! It was old, smelly, cheap linens, old run down place. People were cordial,nice. I was basically horrified this weekend I planned for boyfriend's birthday. Left a day early ,paid in full, to go to a lot nicer hotel . Money down the drain

This is an old, well used hotel. The area around the hotel isn't the best, I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around there. We only stayed one night. The staff was very friendly.

I was greeted by a friendly doorman and then a lovely front office staff member. Check in was easy and quick. Free parking. My room was comfortable and spotless. I am thrilled to know my stay was helping a mission. Enjoyed time listening to the band and having a drink with Victoria and the lovely staff.

The hotel was not in the greatest of locations. A bit noisy and busy at night (street rods and races on the streets). On the 10th floor it wasn't too bad. The hotel was obviously old, but clean. Could use a facelift and updating. Staff were very, very nice and helpful. Room was very clean. Towels weren't the softest, but it was very neat and clean and pleasant in the room.

Honeslty, it was nice, but short because i was staying over night. The room was great, clean, and easy to maneuver around.
