Condition air was out of order. Drinks in bar very expensive. Room’s Towels and bathroom robes not provided in time.

The room was too hot to sleep, full of noise with the windows open. Uncomfortable pillows and beds, no sleep all night

There is a very large swimming pool with hot spring water in it, which is cleaned every night, very clean

the worst hotel I've ever been to. there are no sunbeds to lie by the sea, repairs are being made on the pier without announcing anywhere, so it is not possible to lie by the sea. the beach is dirty. you will not have the opportunity to rest by the sea. I sincerely do not recommend this hotel. he is terrible and his attitude towards guests is also terrible

Gorgeous sea view room, wonderful indoor and outdoor pool and very tentative staff. The bed was excellent and the bar and seating areas were very comfy. The food was great with a lot of variety. We’ll be back for more, hopefully soon!

Amazing hotel. Outstanding staff. Best experience ever. There were only 2 problems We came from Chalkida on road 77 by Waze. The road was blocked. No one from the hotel took the trouble to inform us and save 1 hour. It’s a shame. From 5 stars hotel we would expect to have a cattle for tea and coffee in the room upon arriving…

Honestly, this place was not great. For the price we paid the hotel was not up to standards. The shower made the entire bathroom wet because of the way they built it. The massages were OK at best, the breakfast was also just OK. There was also no working A/C which meant the window needed to be open since it was so hot, which is not normally an issue but there was a lot of noise outside at night. Again, this place is not terrible, however when paying 200 Euro for 1 night I expect more. I can pay the same amount in Athens and receive more than twice the value back. The only good thing about coming here was the drive, the drive was beautiful and amazing.

Very nice hotel with relatively spacious rooms and bathroom. Unfortunatly no coffee or thea available in the room. Nice swimmingpools ( inside & outside ) with thermal water ( + 35° C ), the water of the pools is refreshed every night. We had dinner in the hotel but because we were a group of 14 friends, so we asked for a menu in advance, unfortunatly this was very disapointing as well for the food as for the service. For the amount they charged, you can easely go outside and eat 3 times in the many restaurants along the port.

Perfect destination for reset and relax. All ingredients for peace of mind were there. Thank a lot for your kindness, professionalism and constant help. Best location in Aidipsos easy to access by car or bus.

The hotel is supposed to be 5 stars but rooms are actually very basic more like 3 or 4 stars. Food is good and spa is very good. Good quality services are offered but treatments are quite expensive. Ambiance is very nice and Edipsos is a charming town.

The price they are asking is very expensive for what they offer, the hotel offers 3 stars services. Rooms are 3 stars . food is 2-3 stars, human staff is 2-3 stars only the price is 5 stars.Dont get fooled by fake or old reviews and unjustified stars noone bothers to recheck in Greece.

This is the most perfect hotel I have visited, in many years of vacations and business engagements. The hotel's maintenance and upkeep are flawless: not a crack in a wall. peeling paint or an uneven floor panel. Flawless applies also to the spa - the indoor and outdoor pools, and the other spa facilities. Everything is guest - friendly and easy to use. The staff was uniformly efficient, helpful and courteous. The food was excellent, far exceeding the food we had in any of the many restaurants lining the boardwalk of this 100% touristy town. I and my partner enjoyed an unforgettable week of relaxation and peace. We got maximum value for our money. What more can one expect from a hotel?

We visited the place for a romantic get-away. We are a couple in our early fourties’. Check-in was very quick. The room was cute, it had everything we needed. Pros: the room had a little fridge, empty though, where we could keep water bottles cold. There was plenty of warm water all day/night long. The swimming pools were lovely. We both did some spa treats, like massage, mud therapy, peeling, steam room etc. We were both very happy with the spa. Also the swimming pools were emptied and refilled on a daily basis. Snacks in the swimming pool were tasty and ingredients seemed fresh. The breakfast was very good. The room service was good. Cons: the room was not properly cleaned and definitely not at 5-star hotel standards. We mentioned to the reception that the floor had marks and I showed the receptionist a short video of me using a baby wipe rubbing the floor and the wipe coming really dirty. The receptionist seemed shocked and said the manager would call me to discuss, as it was important to them. He never did. Next day when we said the receptionist that no one had called us, she said that we have to let them know when we want to have a chat with the manager. We did not bother, as it was obvious that no one really cared for the cleanliness status. Also the hotel attracts older generation that use the thermal springs for therapeutic purposes, which is absolutely understandable, but might set different mood for the ones who are looking to spend the place for relaxation.
