The staff in the hotel can improve in their attitude towards customers. Other than that it was a good stay.

It was good experience. But I expected better standard as per the name and hype.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant in Park Plaza Ludhiana. The staff members Altamash and Mampeert were truly exceptional – very supportive, attentive, and super fast in their service. They ensured everything was taken care of with a smile and made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism and dedication really stood out. Highly appreciate their efforts and hospitality – definitely deserves recognition!

Hotel is wonderful but all staff (Panorama restaurant, reception, housekeeping,...) ) is even better

I had a great time in park plaza passion lounge with bartender priyatosh . He made really good liits for us and was very generous during the entire service . He made our day and I wish to come here often because of him only .

We went there for a reunion with friends over tea and the experience was great. The staff was very humble including Sparsh, Angad, Abhishek and Miss Suman who served us very professionally and catered us with the best of their services
