Room is old and unclean, apparently lack of maintenance. Didn't trust their hotspring either. Dispite of these, house keeping service was good. Overall a disappoin**ent.

If you can, book a courtyard room, and not a room in the main building as they are noisy.
The reception staff will get a taxi for you, there is nothing in the area of the hotel

We had an amazing time at this hotel, the staff are incredibly helpful and will help you with luggage, order taxis and make sure you have everything you need. The hot spring tub in the garden is nice and you can choose the temperature. We also went to the public hot springs which included wave swimming pool and spa, it’s also very nice. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. The location is very close to the grottoes and around 20-30 min drive to city centre.

Shower was broken. Everday fresh fruits in the room. Breakfast was not good and stuff does not speak a word english.

Very nice resort for the location. Enjoyed the stay and the hot spring. Just make sure if you travel to this city to double check about the mountains. Apparently foreigners are not allowed on the biggest mountain because of certain restrictions. Nothing to do with COVID.

Perfect hot spring resort, convenient location, convenient facilities. The service is getting better and better👍🏻I have always been a fan of Fengxiang. The whole family will make an appoin**ent to take a bath when they are free. It is so enjoyable! The hot springs here can cure all unhappiness and can quickly relieve various back pains👍🏻
Thanks to the hospitality of the lobby brothers, who helped me move the car and take things with my baby, and also used a battery car to take my baby to see the swing! This is a resort full of positive energy and love. Thank you.

I originally booked a king-size bed room, but the hotel directly upgraded it to a suite, with a living room and two bathrooms.
