I found a big insect on the table in my room and the shame is when I complaint at the reception” they offered a coffee “ zero hospitality management & handling complaint and the hot water in the shower suddenly turn to be very cold and suddenly turn to be burning hot . Location is close to the airport, food & beverages over priced .

It was a nice stay, staff was nice, breakfast was worth it, just only the view from the window was unpleasant due to the construction, but overall the stay was nice!
Totally worth the price.

Although we are located near the airport, we also offer a free shuttle service. There was also a bus stop nearby so it was convenient for sightseeing. In addition to coffee, they also had cute cookies in the room. Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant and I would definitely use them again.

The room felt like the bed sheets had not been changed since one of the guests had left, and there were also hairs and grays on them! The only advantage is that parking is free! When I checked in, the guy at the front desk told me that he hadn't paid even though he had already paid, and that he needed to pay again! It was already early morning when we arrived! Since it was an early morning flight, I booked this hotel which is close to the airport and also has airport drop-off service, which was very convenient. The room was really small, but still very clean. We only stayed for 1 night, so it was okay
