Great location!

Check-in Experience Check-in was efficient and quick. The staff at the front desk were friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Room Quality The room was spacious and decorated in a boutique hotel style. The bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. Location The hotel is ideally located, close to popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. It's very convenient to get around, allowing us to easily explore nearby landmarks.

Nice hotel with good rooms and good breakfast. Private parking garage, but rather expensive at €30 per day. Walking distance to most places of interest in the city center. Helpful front desk staff.

Great location for looking around Madrid. We walked every where. Breakfasts were very good with lovely helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

I’d say 3 star more than 4 star- in any case I expected more considering the price! - no conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom - at times I could hear really loudly my neighbours through the wall - most of the time however it was quiet. - the breakfast was bad: warm juice, industrial bread, powdered eggs and no possibility to order cooked breakfast or proper coffee. - the hotel however was very well situated - very close to shops and yet in a quiet street - the hotel was clean and the beds were comfy

A true Boutique hotel in an excellent location' lovely personell and best alue for money

We had a great experience at Soho Boutique Congreso. The hotel is in an excellent location, in particular for us as we were running the marathon and it was very well placed in respect of the start and finish line. The facilities are great, everything was comfortable and well laid out, in the public areas as well as the bedroom. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We also had room service which can be ordered online and comes in takeaway containers which I thought was very handy. Based on the location and the high demand with the marathon being on that weekend, I think the price was reasonable too. I would definitely stay here again!

Central Madrid hotel, close to all the major sights, but as it is located on a quiet side street, there was no street noise. Lovely old wooden stairs up to our floor - there was a lift too. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed which had been made up as two singles, as requested, blackout curtains, a large desk, with a Nespresso machine & pods + tea bags, chairs a large TV, wardrobe with a decent amount of hangers, hairdryer & mini safe. The only thing missing from the room was a full length mirror. The bathroom was great with a large walk-in shower and decent shampoo/shower gel in the shower and handwash besides the sink. Friendly housekeeping and reception staff really made the stay a good one.

This hotel refuses to turn on their AC. It is 29c in my room and impossible to sleep. This is managements choice. Do not stay

Soho Boutique Congreso is located in the heart of the city. We were able visit places of interest with ease. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and assisted with pointing out routes on our map. Our room was quite spacious and spotlessly clean. The best part was the absolute quietness , as although we were based in the city, there wasn't a sound throughout the night. The restaurant for breakfast was very nice too. We'd love to return to this hotel again.

Lovely hotel - very central, clean and the staff were very friendly. We went away for a long weekend, and weren’t disappointed. Room was a great size with storage, the showers had great pressure. Would definitely stay again as such good value for money.

A lovely little hotel centrally located in Madrid, near Piazza del Sol and the Old City center. The rooms are small but comfortable, the heating system worked very well, and the bathroom was very clean. A pleasant trip to Madrid.
