We only stayed one night whilst travelling, but really wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a fabulous resort in the hills of Tuscany very peaceful. Beautifully kept, very clean and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.

The chalets at this property are clean and well kept but very basic with dated dark furniture making them feel a bit dark and depressing. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant does a buffet dinner and breakfast and the food was absolutely terrible. We couldn’t even eat it and had to go in search of food elsewhere. There is nothing around and we had to drive a long way to find restaurants plus we are from England and have limited Italian and they don’t speak other Languages in this area plus limited phone signal for translate so we found it hard.

Amazing panorama.
Room was big, although extremely austere.
Staff members are kind, but most of them are inexperienced.
Poor options for lunch, just few sandwiches and drinks.

A place with a lot of potentials but unfortunately very basic amenities. I guess it’s good for family with kids as is not expensive has a nice pool and stunning view. The breakfast was embarrassing with dates food. Needs improvement and has the potentials to become a 5 star resort.

There was no public transportation to reach the place.

If you want a relaxing break, reading by the pool, the occasional dip and stunning views of the Tuscany olive groves, this is the place for you. The rooms are basically chalet-types with their own patios. Clean, functional rooms, friendly staff. A south-facing terrace by the three pools with plenty of sun loungers and a bar a short walk away. There's a toddlers pool, a slightly larger one and a deeper, main pool - something for all ages. There are restaurants in the nearby villages or you can eat on-site. I'd suggest it would be fine with very young children, but the older ones might not have enough to keep them amused?

We booked half board and were very happy we did! The restaurant serves very good meals -- maybe a bit slowly when crowded. The rooms are nice, we got one set of sheets + towels every week. Kitchen furniture is somehow basic: we could have used a no stick pan. If you plan to cook your own meals, do not forget to bring dish soap, sponges, kitchen towels. Fridge and microwave oven worked well. The hotel overall is very friendly to children: there is a 40-cm deep pool for the smallest ones, and a very nice "baby dance" for kids in the evening. (the "baby" in the name is misleading). The staff in general are nice and friendly.

Beautiful residence but too old rooms needing full refurbishing + too approximate cleaning. The quality price ratio is really bad considering the above. It's a pity because the residence itself is lovely and the pools with the view are great despite music too often.
