The location is good, there is a direct bus to Minsk at the door of the hotel. It’s just that most of the front desk doesn’t speak English and needs to know some Russian

Beautiful Hotel and professional staff ,, they can speak English and very friendly specially Thank you to the Grand Savoy team ,, Vladislav,,Anna,,Anastasia you made my vacation extra special ,, if I come back I will definitely stay in the same hotel again

Everything is fine. Recently renovated, comfortable furniture. Inexpensive. The view from the 11th floor window is amazing. What rarely happens, in a cafe you can order not only complex breakfasts, but also take exactly what you like from the distribution.

I visited the city of Mogilev with a tour. Pre-ordered a single room in the hotel "Mogilev" Lived in it for two days. For one even very spacious. Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chair, table, refrigerator with a transparent door in the table, TV. The staff is friendly and professional. I like it.

Mogilev Hotel is 2 km away. from the railway station and 0.5 km. from the historical center. Previously, it was a huge hotel, now part of the premises is rented out. We booked an economy double room for 1100 rubles per day, but the administrator kindly provided us with a standard double room, which is higher in terms of comfort, since there were many free rooms. There is a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk with a security guard. The hotel is very quiet, there is no feeling that you live in an old Soviet hotel, as most of the places have been modernly modestly renovated. The room is cleaned every day, if desired, towels can be changed, there are toiletries, white linen, comfortable beds, a balcony. The standard double room was spacious (about 15-20 sq. m), the bathroom was spacious. The staff is friendly, the location is excellent, the hotel fully met our expectations.

Приезжая в Могилёв ,остаюсь часто в этом отеле ,если брать номер комфорт ,то вполне цена -качество соответствуют ,всегда без проблем заходили родственники (1-2 человека ) ,то сумку занести ,никаких не было вопросов ,правила в отелях прекрасно знаем ! Но в последний раз прибывания ,когда персонал на ресепшене с округленными глазами спрашивают во сколько именно вы забронировали ,время точно скажите , с напором ,отвечая ,что мы не помним времени резервации ,она стояла на своем (собрала кучу людей ожидающих ), при этом тон такой ,как-будто пришли к ним домой ночевать или что-то должны ей , либо - а гости сколько будут находиться в номере ,как на допросе (стоит рядом мама ,которой 65 лет и которая ночевать там не собиралась ), если нужно выписать пропуск гостям , об этом нужно сказать спокойно, а не хамить с недовольным лицом !!! Бывали в отелях разного уровня , либо в других странах , но мы никогда не видели такого необразованного персонала (это были новички,фамилии писать не будем ,хотя очень хорошо запомнили) ! Уважаемая администрация отеля ,обратите внимание на тех ,кто делает первое впечатление о вашем отеле ! Пусть пройдут обучение этикета и знают свое место (касается молодого персонала ) ! На следующий день за испорченное настроение извинялись девочки ,которые уже давно там работают … Девочки ,которые убирают номера , очень вежливы ,откликаются на просьбы с улыбкой .
