We’re do I start first of all I was charged €50 for a room upgrade and it’s a con as it’s the night manager that keeps money as we didn’t get a receipt for the upgrade . Cleaners were terrible cleaned the room but didn’t brush floor or balcony .no hot water for shower always a cold shower which isn’t ideal. Staff are rude thought out stay pool bar gantry full but bottles empty only have vodka and beer on tap and when you order a beer it dosen’t get filled and won’t let you get more than 2 even if you are sitting with friends .food was awful and when you complained they tried to billy you to be quite can’t bully Scottish people lol to say it was a crap holiday was a understatement only all inclusive I’ve been to that you had to go to shops to get alcohol for the entertainment as they run out . I would avoid at all cost as it’s a hell hole and the staff are rude and very cheecky when you question that they don’t have drink Everybody we spoke to had the same experience we had bug you yeh to make the best of a bad situation but you couldn’t make the best out of this hotel .

Reception bad, Hotel management bad, Kitchen staff smelling of Bad Body Odour and cleaners sitting in their room smoking and not cleaning the hotel rooms on a daily basis. My duration was 7days and my bed sheets were only changed once and that's after I complained at the front desk numerous times. The room itself was cleaned twice if you can call that clean. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL... YOU WILL REGRET IT. Apart from the hotel the holiday wS fantastic. VISIT TURKEY, BUT DONT STAY SUN STAR BEACH HOTEL. This hotel needs do be downgraded online to 1STAR Hotel resort.

We had been there for a short 7 days but could not wait to leave. Family has contracted some type of stomach bug diarrhoea with vomiting. We are back 1 week ago yet still the whole family is sick. Made the whole experience worse as no body could leave the hotel because of the need of constant toilet breaks. Not to mention it’s not a clean hotel + A chair broke under my Husband while eating all the staff did was laugh not even a sorry that happened to you. In your rooms there are no Wi-Fi at all only at reception downstairs. I could go daaaays of why to avoid. Staff are very rude btw you won’t get anywhere with them.

At check at around 4am I was greeted with a young man who said straight away I was in an economy room but if I gave him 20euro he would give me a better room , so I payed it. Went up to room he left I just wanted to sleep lay on bed could feel like the base of bed mattress was so thin . Then all I could hear was drip drip drip from toilet went in and leaking toilet, I then looked at shower head and it was absolutely filthy I don't know what was on it but no way I shower in that . Down to him he came up moved me into another room , with smell and 2 little single beds , I said nope 3rd room was bigger no noise and I just wanted to sleep so stayed . Next day looked round room , hadn't even been cleaned, couldn't get into fridge because it was so close to bed , there were black marks all over the units and hairs on bed 🙈 Disgusting, the food was as others have said was always same and cold , chips spaghetti potatoes everything and was same every night , staff were ignorant and would ignore you at reception by watching a film loudly on there phone as you stand there . Drinks were given in tiny plastic cups that you drank in one gulp and god forbid you asked for 2 straight away . Pool was ok but never seen it getting cleaned or roundabout it with hoses at night like every other place I have been too. Terrible terrible place stay clear people honestly, and I have never ever did anything like this before but I feel I have too . Only saving grace was the sun 🌞😎👌

I rested with my family on sun star beach in September of this year and I can say with confidence that we were satisfied, the territory has a beautiful view as well, a warm and comfortable pool, a private beach and a beautiful sea. As for them, there is a lot of it, especially desserts , you definitely won't be hungry. Every evening there is an entertainment program by the pool for both children and adults. The rooms are spacious with a balcony. And the most important thing is the incredibly nice staff, reception staff,restaurant staff, waiters, cooks, bar staff, animators, all of you are wonderful and friendly people. I want to give a special thanks to Faruk Sener, who has become my son's best friend and therefore my son too, be well Faruk.San star beach is a place where you want to return again and again💕

This hotel is rated 5* which is a joke.. 3* maximum is a compliment. The food is awful. Hot food always cold and same every day.. the bar if you can call it that... serves watered down vodka and gin.. they serve beer and wine and some kind of cocktail that is basically a mixture of vodka gin and blue or pink stuff... The rooms are acceptable. The staff are not as would be expected in a 5*star holiday .. Lack of atmosphere around the pool.. entertainment hmmm. my stay was pleasant only because of other holiday makers... my room looked out on to a builders project which has a shack on the grounds where the workman live and they prob watched me as much as i watched them..

Rubbish hotel . People do not book this hotel. You will be risking your life if you do. Very very dirty hotel . Ripped sheets, dirty bathroom. Cleaners do not clean, sit in staff room all day having drinks. Don't bother complaining as nothing will be done about it. This hotel should be shut down for safety reasons.No accident incident documented. You can't get tea or coffee after 11pm. No one cares. ALL guests are complaining 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. No light on stairs . Stairs has no railings flies on food. Rubbish food sometimes not fresh. Big risk. Should be shut down. Yuk

I have been to this hotel over 3 times and its the best. This hotel was amazing thanks to the great staff. Customer service skills was 10/10 thanks to Abdulla, Burak, Murat and celal. I recommend 100%. the balcony views at night is the best it’s very peaceful and suttle. Therefore I will visit again.
