Swissotel Makkah Reviews

Based on your main points, it seems the Swissotel Makkah has a prime location near the Haram, but it suffers from being an older property with constant crowding. Additionally, the rooms are small, and the food is only average with disappointing breakfast options.

Thanks for trip.com, before we booked from all accor app, but they didn’t charged from beginning and I didn’t check my e-mail, when they send payment, so we lost our booking, and app was not working, so thanks trip.com we rebook hotel but king was not available. Room was clean, and big, but pray area was so tight, and in toilet smell cigarettes, I think they need clean extractor fan

Hotel is a bit run down and breakfast is okay. But the room is big and very near Haram. Shopping centre below with food court. Ate at one of the cafe in clock tower shopping centre as shown on picture.

I like everything, location, staff, food it’s my favorite hotel, will back again again and again . In Sha Allah ❤️

Marvelous hotel, we got city view and it was astonishing. Pretty sure will come back to this hotel. All people in this hotel are very kind. The room service also nice, the check in also smooth no waiting we got the room direct after check in time. Breakfast has a lot of choices of food. Local and western food. Very nice and recommended. The haram also very close to hotel. You can just walk down to haram.

Amazing location and the staff are quite nice but the room won’t even consider as 3 stars hotel, especially the bathroom and the toilet seat (photos attached), also the hand wash was empty for 2 days.

Wonderful breakfast spread. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel when in Mekkah.

Kaabah view good Scenery

Near to Masjidil Haram. Nice Kaaba View Room. The drainage in room very poor. Breakfast good choice. But please add on mendy or bukhari rice with grilled chicken or camel rice in breakfast menu.

First time in Mecca this is a 10/10 hotel staff are very attentive and cater to all needs - rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was paid for and worth it buffet style and lots of choices - very strict with timing can’t enter in last 30 mins of breakfast ending. Location is good inside the complex would stay again very easy to find and navigate

I recomend this hotel. All service are best, receptionist kindness. Happy stay with this room.
