The hotel service is not good and shuttle to Haram Car parking charge is 50 SR per day which is not stated (14 usd about )

İt's good

service was very bad they dot understand english staff is very very rude they dot bother what customer is saying just keep neglecting . it’s five star hotel as they claiming but service is like 3 star . i did stay 6 night i alway force house keeping staff to clear it it’s did ring on reception they keep ignoring my call ☎️

although the hotel itself was very good the location is a problem. they have bus that goes to masjid al haram but have have to stop one and change the bus altogether not recommended

Its clean, the shuttle bus 24/7 and drop off area at kudai parking its easy to walk. Attached there mall with several shops. And the challenge actually the hotel will give 4beds despite any room type you book because the king size only given to guest that booked directly. But I spoke to duty manager Achmed? He gave me accesible/handycap room.lm fine with that. The housekeeping will never change your bedsheet as I stayed for 5days and i notice for 5days never change the sheet. Even no vacum fo flooring. Only the day i checked out, the housekeeping will knock on your door as early as 10am. And Ms. Al badriah gave me the late check out up to 2pm since my flight is 12midnight tq

Everything was good the problem is location bit far from haram and have to change two buses.

i didnt like this hotel very big, i was lost everytime, even the reception to make checkout it took time.. little far from the Haram there was no soap no shampoo no shower gel, i had to call morning then night to get those things service not that much rapid..

Good ambiance , best shuttle service because it drops in Kudai Parking which is down stairs of Makkah clock tower so you don’t have to walk alot to reach haram , just in 4 mins walk you will be in haram . Cooperative staff Just a bit far from haram , but literally it doesn’t matters because hotel have 24/7 shuttle service. Overall experience 9.5/10

Pros: Good shuttle service, you might have to stand during peak hours, but there is always a next one if you wish to wait. Comfy beds and pillows. And good staff Cons: I stayed for 2 nights but no room service. There were used earbuds behind the side table. Parking is 50SAR per day.

Nice hotel and new brand, everything is new, clean and smell good. Shuttle bus every 30minutes. Not so far from masjidilharam, 5 minutes by bus. Everything excellent ❤️

The hotel is a number 8 towers which look like they used to be apartments. Very high end, with lots of lifts and friendly reception staff in the lobby. We had a partial view of the clock tower which was nice. They offer a good buffet breakfast, restaurant and in room dining options, however, the wait times for eggs and pancakes is too long. The hotel also offers a shuttle service, 5-10 minutes wait and which can be manic during busy times. People push and shove to get on as its everyman for himself like you would see in third world country. The shuttle service is 10-15 minutes to Haram and is about 20 minute walk to the holy mosque. I would prefer to be closer to the mosque next time and within a 5 -10 minite walking distance as getting to prayers in the mosque requires being early about 1 hours before if you want to pray infront of the Kabaa and can make one lazy to go back and forth because of the distance and waiting for shuttles.

Excellent 5 star hotel , great friendly staff. Very clean and spacious rooms and offers freeshuttle bus to the haram regularly. .would stay again and recommend to others. .
