I stayed in this hotel some time ago, I had a good experience, it was cheap and quite big, with a lot of things for you to use. However, I just found out the response from the owner to my original review on ***********. I pointed out that when I arrived the room wasn't ready. They state you can check-in from 12, I arrived there after 12 and the room wasn't ready. Not a major issue, but I suggested that they could move the check-in to a bit later given that they failed to have the room ready that early - they were very rude responding to that friendly suggestion. I also left a note that for people that only speak English they might struggle to communicate with staff (the staff there was extremely friendly though...), once again, the owner was super rude in their response to that. I've attached my review and the owner's response so you can take a look yourself. My original review was extremely positive - I gave the property over 8 out of 10, but I had never seen such a rude, aggressive response from an owner to a review, especially considering how positive it was. It shows such bad customer service that I'd never stay here again now that I've seen this.
