Our room had a great ocean view and it was such a relief to open the balcony doors every morning. The overall facilities of the hotel really need to be updated and improved, the service staff is very friendly, and the food is basically okay. The sound of music will be around 11.30 every night, which is not very friendly for those who are used to going to bed early. For what I paid for the room, I couldn't ask for more. Overall satisfied.

Brilliant hotel, loved it, beds wernt the comfiest & didn’t mind the food but overall was amazing!! good size pool, recommend for couples!! don’t understand how people can complain when your gettin what you pay for & in my opinion it was great,

The pillows were very comfy and my bed was comfortable since I spent quite abit of time in it. Due to having sunburn. lots of good Spanish films on TV which I really got into couldn't understand the language very well but picked up words very quickly. i enjoyed them I attended with a freind but then went into have my own room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaners work really hard here and allways have fresh towels. viws are stunning beautiful gardens with flowers I thought It was a nice place to stay try the crepes/ pancakes down the road nice bar next to it to does great burgers and beer. :) Wasnt all inclusive so cant comment on food and went out to eat lots of resturants around I got quite sun burnt on my first day so watch that sun is very hot but lovely if you spend time in it the right way. The day and night receptionists were really lovely. Would definately visit again. Thanks for a lovely stay. Jean

Beds very uncomfortable(feel every spring in the bed) Queues to eat. Often there is hair in food. From pipe in the bathroom smelled terribly Very nice man at the reception. He always helped. The hotel is nice from the outside. After 10 days we were tired of staying in this hotel. Very noisy in the evenings.

I lasted less than an hour in this “hotel” got checked in and walked to our room, walked in, looked at the state of it and promptly left, beds were horrific like army camp beds, bathroom was just dirty with what looked like previous peoples hair in drain hol, just avoid

The hotel is a big mistake the staff is not friendly at all. Shouting at you and abusing as well. All inclusive is not all inclusive they not very happy if you often go to the bar. Rooms are dirty and dusty. Avoid if you can. I stopped in many hotels with all inclusive options but this one was the worst I ever saw. Even on star for this hotel is a lot they don’t deserve any stars.

The staff was good, the food was good , only i difn't find porridge for breakfast . I didn’t like hotel there were old tiles on the floor, a dangerous balcony for a child, I wasn’t sure that the floor was cleaned well, there was only one working socket in the room. The audibility is terrible, I couldn’t sleep properly , I was on my way to get a break, but it didn't work out. The advantages are wonderful animators, shops nearly, not far from the sea, rooms are cleaned every day. If there were no animators for the child, I would think that I wasted my money, since I did not rest due to the poor conditions in the room, it is small, noisy and not renovated.

Pros: This hotel is the most naturey in the area, it has a beautiful entry gardens and trees, we saw so many birds and my partner saw a couple of lizards sunbathing on rocks too. Huge plus for me compared to other 3 stars in the area. All rooms have balconies. Beds are firm and i wasn't sure about them at first but i had brilliant sleep on them, no back pain at all which was wonderful. Shower is very easy to use and powerful enough for a good shower to be had. Staff are friendly and a lot are also funny and chatty when you properly engage with them. Other guests we met there have become actual friends we are keeping in touch with. Clean and tidy hotel on the whole. Cons: Food is buffet style and is okay but quite samey but also unusual combinations. We were all inclusive but ate out 50% of the time. We preferred the breakfast and lunch selection over the evening ones. Pool is not heated so is very cold when you first get in, you quickly get used to it and it comes as a welcome relief from the heat of the sun (we went mid-May). Sun loungers could be comfier. Beds are all single, so if you want a double you'll have to push them together yourself. Building/decor would benefit from some maintenance. Walls are paper thin, you can hear every word your nextdoor neighbours say through the walls. Air con incredibly dusty, do not use. Fridge in room was broken, and safe didn't lock. Ants come in from balconies.

I struggle to find the words to describe to you just how awful this hotel is. The whole place is horrendously outdated. The noise is constant, banging every hour of the day. Our first night we only managed 3hrs sleep before we left to find another hotel to check into. If you are reading this review prior to travel do yourself a favour and find another hotel as you won’t understand truly how bad this is until you have had to stay a night. Would rather never go on holiday again than go to this hotel

Went for a short 4 night break with my sister.We chose the hotel for the beach front location and a smaller hotel . Beautiful outdoor garden space with a nice pool area . Rooms are basic but extremely clean and the staff are hardworking and friendly. We went all inclusive and found there was a good choice of food to suit all . Very near to shops and the town and some beautiful gardens built around an old castle with a free lift to take you up there. The sea wasn't very accessible due to having to go under a under pss because of the railway line and lots of Peebles and quiet a steep drop but really enjoyed our stay and would go again .

Really disappointing trip. Not like the photos at all or other reviews. Tiny room and bathroom. Only one plug, no bedside lights. Fridge broken. Air conditioning not working. Very outdated, needs a massive renovation. Poorly attended reception, left waiting while one staff member dealt with a large group of students. No bin in the room. Hotel is quite farm from the nicer part of town. Over all a massive let down. Booked through Love Holidays and will not be using again!! Avoid at all costs. Also very little to do around the area.

Wouldn’t go back to this hotel even if you paid me! The hotel is so old fashioned it took almost half an hour to get checked in and there was only 3 people ahead of us. Got to the room there is ants running around and the aircon didn’t work could feel every spring in the mattress and things just got worse from there. 6 nights out of 7 there was chicken carbonara for tea. Most basic food and very repetitive Ran out of vokda for the afternoon Got stuck in the lift Plug sparking everytime you plug something in. In all inclusive you have to paid extra for your “named” brands Have to go to a separate bar if all inclusive and basically get forgotten about because they always serve the paying guesses first over the all inclusive Attuide of the staff was disgusting. No staff at all cared about the experience. No reps on site at all got told to Google the Thomas cook number they will be able to help

This is a small friendly hotel, the rooms were a little basic but had everything you need. The food was quite good as there was always a good variety to choose from. There was a safe & a fridge in the room that you had to pay extra for but we didn't bother. The staff were lovely & always helpful. The location was perfect & the train station was about 5 mins walk where you could get the train all along the coast & all the way to Barcelona which cost around 22 euros return for the two of us.
