Dirty hotel, very dirty, the door panels are rotten, one would not accept to clean his or her shoes with the provided towels... very dirty hotel...
they advertise the hotel as free airport transfer, the sign is everywhere, but that is not true.

I booked the hotel for quarantine purposes from 28 May 2021 for 14 days. On 26 May 2021 the Bahrain government changed regulations making it impossible to travel and use this booking. Despite attempting to cancel the booking through trip.com for days I got no refund or acceptance on my request, making me lose all 14 days costs. I am very disappointed by the lack of consideration to accommodate a difficult situation.

For the price paid I am satisfied. Airport taxis are between 3.5-4.00 through Careem and public buses are available a short walk from the hotel with one transfer (43/45 and then A1). The room was large with a view and for the value I'd recommend to all. I had no issues.
