避雷‼️酒店有蟑螂‼️入住當天我們先是辦理入住後就出去逛街了，大概晚上十一點多回來，打開燈就發現床頭和床墊縫中爬了一衹蟑螂出來，然後我們就打電話給前台説有蟑螂，前台跟我們説這邊很多蟑螂的，很正常，他們也沒有辦法，我一直堅持説我們從來沒有住過一個酒店説自己酒店有很多蟑螂的，前台才説要找一個人來看，後面來了一個人也是跟我們説什麼本來就有很多蟑螂的，這間有其他房間也有什麼的，吧啦吧啦一堆意思就是他們酒店有很多蟑螂，就算換了一間也還是有可能有蟑螂的，我也是一直堅持説怎麼能有酒店有很多蟑螂的，後面工作人員説衹能換一個房間，因為我們下午去傣族古鎮潑水發燒了，不想折騰了就同意換了一間房間。但是同意換房不代表這件事就解決了，從發現蟑螂到離開酒店，酒店方一句道歉的話都沒有，衹有重複我們酒店蟑螂就是很多這個意思，請問服務業是這樣解決問題是正常的嗎？我們和工作人員的交流都是錄音的，回去後會繼續反饋這個問題。寫這個評論給大家避個雷吧‼️‼️

酒店位置特別好，周邊吃飯交通都方便。價格便宜，房間寬敞明亮乾淨整潔。之後再來芒市還需住這裏。芒市不大，打車去哪都很方便也不貴。忘記拍照了，網上找了一些圖片，一樣！
