I am regular loyal patron of this hotel. 2-3x a month I am here. Its clean. The staff are great. Food is good. We can relax the sheets are fresh. Despite there are several hotels which offer lower rates around the area, we always choose Swiss Belblulane, because of the factors I mentioned above and let me say it again, they have great staff!. Keep it up! I have not given a room upgrade though, maybe becaue I always book via booking apps.

Massage Service is terrible. Can never be on time.
I made appointments for 2 massage on check in . Checked in at 8:00am . Made the appointments for 10:00 pm & 11:00 pm
Called front desk to ask for our massages @ 10:20pm cuz they never showed up. No one even took the time to inform us that they were running late. Terrible front desk service. Called us @ 11:15 to let us know they were available. I canceled cuz I made my appointment at 8:00am and they still 2 hours and 15 minutes late . Terrible Service

The room is relatively small and the health condition is pretty good. Sound insulation is not good. I didn't know it was like this in the local area. They didn't provide quilts. I asked the front desk and they said they didn't. They only provided a place to stay. The waiters are very polite.

A decent place to crash. I highly recommend staying here. The staffs are kind and courteous. Comfortable beds and great work area, although the WiFi is such a hassle. I would recommend to have your mobile data ready and stable. The shower room is so small (legit) it's like your standing in a coffin or sumn hahaha lol (I don't really mind tho). I would definitely book this place again. The place is great, but it still needs improvement. If you're looking for a comfy place to sleep I would suggest this place. Overall I would rate it a 3.8/5.

The Savoy Hotel Manila had an excellent location and was within walking distance from the local airport and around 10-15 mins taxi from the international airport.
The pool on level 2 is under shelter but partly outdoors. Swamped with children and families, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet or travelling with adult friends, perhaps think of another hotel to book.
Clean, tidy and basic facilities and rooms were fairly small. Worked for us as we only required a 1-night stay before transitioning with an early morning flight!

Stayed on this hotel for one night and we love it. Loved the breakfast buffet so much. I suggest arriving early in the hotel for check-in as there is long lines and it takes us almost 2hrs before we can get to our room even though this is a reserved booking but all in all smooth stay no problems encountered aside from the check-in. It's also good that there are not so much restrictions for example we can go out of the hotel at night or bring outside foods.

FFauzi AzizLocated in Malate, lyf was located within a 5-minute walk to a big shopping mall so it was super convenient for you to get meals, necessities and everything else. The service was top-notch, with the staff and security always ensuring that we were safe and taken care of. The room in itself was modern and clean so our stay was very comfortable. Don't expect 5-star amenities though but it was completely fine for my friends and I as we were mostly out and about exploring the city anyway. Overall, would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Winford overnight to celebrate my brother's birthday. I could say it was a very nice experience. When we arrived, the room was already available. I even requested for a room on a higher floor and they gave me a good one. The ambience and lighting fixtures were really nice and the waiting area with sofa as well. We stayed at an Executive Suite. The room was also nice. It had a bath tub, separate shower and 2 wash basin. There is also another toilet upon entry but with watercloset and wash basin. The view was also nice though its more of houses and the rizal mountains. The pool size has a good size and not crowded and also heated. We had dinner at the poolbar since they have Acoustic band playing on saturdays. The service was a bit slow since there were lots of people and the food came from the ****** kitchen. Also, they do not accept room charging if it exceeds the 2k deposit. First time to experience this, good thing my brother brought his wallet. Food and liquor was good too. For breakfast, they also have a good selection however they do not have bacon :( sad. Nonetheless, the breakfast experience was good as well. They also sent a birthday cake for my brother. Check-out was fast too. One downside is the parking area which was on the 7th floor. It was a round swirl going up or down and caused us to be dizzy. Overall, i recommend this hotel. It is not very high-end but the service and people are good and facilities are nice. P.S. We were not able to go to the ****** as we have a kid with us.

CCharmaineI really enjoyed my stay here, staff are accomodating, even the securities, its also good that they allow visitors to be visit us the only sad thing is that when we booked the room the pool is under renovation, we have a kid and they are anticipating the pool to be enjoyed and also the toilet handle is broken thats makes it very hard to use it as well as the shower valve.

GGuest UserIts so beautiful if u are having a bayview but the room small the carpet into the room was dirty and it has a gum the furniture with dents the bath room was okay but the bathub is so small and its only have hot water cant even make it warm but the service was good all goods at all they are kind and helpful to the customers❤️ btw the food was expensive inside i would recommend u can go outside to it and its more closee to 7/11 across to the street and burger king , mcdonalds.

TTW2024Elevator to 5th floor and walk 1 floor up to our floor. Got room 613. Very long room so it’s good. Old room. The shower room is wet at the door whole night because that part is lower than other parts. Very good aircon. Having a basin to wash dishes same like in an apar**ent. Fast Wi-Fi. Reception lady spoke English not so good but we could still understand each other about the check-in, 1000 Peso deposit and registration. Room is not as clean as it should be and there are about 2 to 3 baby cockroaches. Noisy area as expected but no problem to me. Low room rate so it is ok to stay for a night. Right at Tayuman LRT Station. Walk into the road between greenwich pizza and Inasal

GGuest UserA hard place to find, you have to call a customer service representative just to tell you where is the exact location. The Reddoorz @ grand lodge is located with in the premises of the official Grand lodge which is by the way close, ao you have to go arounr and around to find the place. Which is exhausted! And they serve bfast at 9am!!! 🤦🏽♀️ the only good thing about is the customer service of reddoorz, kudos to them they are so very helpful. But for the property not a good experience tho.
