I want to say the company from ortegal hotel is a scam to tourists, i order ortegal i arrived to mar de plata and the hotel was close they send me to Argentino hotel that is a sisters of ortegal to i will review Argentino hotel, the worst experiences i ever had in my life, i went to mar de plata to celebrate my 20 year of breast cancer survivor and i arrived to the hotel the nasty place was full of mold in roof, wall, and room super dirty , customer services the worst to fix a issues, the 1st night they open my room and stole 800 dollars ,clothing and a bath sponges and they laughed to my face that they are not responsible if u lose something from your room, this argentino hotel should be close up completely is not safe for anyone to enter there. And should have better costumer services. We pay in dollars not pesos they know we were from usa that why they scam us. People be awarded of this company that represent ortegal, and argentino hotel .my lost your gain in experience .

I was staying at the hotel with a friend. The room was very comfortable and so were the mattresses. Breakfast was buffet and there was a wide variety to choose from. We had already been in December 2022 and we returned because we liked the place and the service.

It was a regrettable experience...the first night we asked the concierge for help because the air was not working...it was very hot and the room had no ventilation...when we returned at night everything was still without a solution****... The night shift manager who was unaware of our problem helped us. They moved us to an unassembled room...more precarious than the one we had paid for but with air...the other three days they changed us to that one.The attention of the staff provided The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired... very bad way... to the point that we no longer knew how to ask for water for the mate (the dispenser did not work due to demand) because they got upset and answered in a very derogatory way. We did it to them know in the best possible way and nothing changed. They never apologized to us and we really felt very uncomfortable. Don't spend your money on that hotel. Terrible experience

Since we had a prior trip, they charged us double for the room. We realized it when we entered. The value does not match what we paid. We feel cheated. Firstly, we chose another hotel from the same chain and they changed us to this one a few days before because they had graduates. Rooms without maintenance. We made the claim and they didn't care. Broken bathroom sink, unmaintained doors, dirty carpets. We never saw anything like it. Poor breakfast. The truth is a disappointment. It doesn't even reach 3 stars.

The photos have nothing to do with the reality of the rooms, they are hopefully 2x2 and if you are not skinny you will have to walk in them. We got one that opens onto a very noisy lung. We had seen that it had good wifi but it constantly cuts out. Because of the noise I asked to move us and they no longer had space they told us. The TV had blue *****es (they did change that). It has nothing more than a bed and bathroom, don't expect a minibar, safe or air conditioning from this century. Mediocre breakfast, hard croissants and not very good coffee. You can hear everything that happens in the rest of the rooms. I wouldn't return even as a gift.

Excellent hotel. Very spacious superior double room. It has eladerite. They leave it empty at your discretion so you can put whatever you like inside. Very good detail. The breakfast was complete and very good (positive detail for a 3-star hotel: sausages and scrambled eggs for breakfast). But the best of all is the attention of the staff. Excellent girls and boys at reception. Same dining room staff. Super recommended.
