This is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms and facilities are very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I loved staying here and will definitely be returning. The staff Smiley and Pitcho made it a really fun place to be. There was a variety of traditional and international food to choose from. The hotel is away from the Medina but there is everything you need here and a regular shuttle service to and from the Medina.

Friendly hotel, which lived up to expectations. Located outside the center of Marrakech, in an isolated area, but with free daily transfers. Friendly and attentive employees. Nice room. Food with quality and variety, superior to some other all-inclusives. Good drinks with meals, weak cocktails, almost no alcohol. Attentive entertainers, with plenty of activities during the day, but weak entertainment at night.

This is a great hotel, its clean and very well maintained. The main area has room to relax and a bar open from 10am to 12am. Local wines, beer and cocktails, the main buffet style food hall, breakfast, lunch and dinner, is well serviced by the waiting staff and we found a wide variety of food that would be hard to beat with different dishes daily. There is a specialty restaurant which you can use once and has to be booked. The rooms are a good size and well equipped, very clean and comfortable. There is a large rectangular pool area with a big area for young ones with pool bar that opens at 10am daily for all your drinks and a small selection of breakfast and afternoon snacks. It is very much a family and children hotel especially in school holidays. There are a variety of activities throughout the day which I took advantage of darts, aqua aerobics, table tennis, archery, water polo and others. There is a kids club and areas but not sure what they are. Although the hotel asked people not to put towels on the beds by 8.30 most days the beds are all taken but the life guards will always find more for you. The animation team are brilliant and they do a good job of keeping you entertained during the day, Smiley, pichou and the others really do a fantastic job. If you're a gym person you'll be happy too with up-to-date machines. Every night there is some form of entertainment but if it's not for you then it'll be a quiet one as there is nothing else around unless you catch the hotel free bus into Marrakech. Again though the shows that the animation team put on were amazing especially the cabaret night and the live music night by the pool was fantastic, the Moroccan themed nights were good in the amphitheatre. The karaoke night was a good one too. All in all it's a fab place to holiday with great weather. I have to thank all the staff for being very helpful and they are all a credit to the hotel

Overall an amazing holiday, first time our two daughters have been abroad (Aged 9 & 1) Food has been OK, always found something we like to eat, may not always be an amazing selection but has been nice to try Moroccan Cusine. I have to say the highlight of this trip has to be Pitcho, he is a legend! So funny, amazing with the kids and makes everything so much more enjoyable! Top class member of staff been here every single day giving 1000% in activities, shows, and every part he has a hand in!

The hotel was nice, but there are a few issues. Cleanliness in public areas and especially around the bar area is not good. Flies are a huge problem, and staff were observed swatting flies with a cloth and then cleaning surfaces with the same cloth. Food quality was mixed and samey and unfortunately caused me an upset stomach. Having spoken to several other guests, they complained of the same. The staff are superb and give a very personal service, especially in the dining room and bar area. Special mention to Salah, who is the backbone of this hotel. Also to Asharif, Omar, Abdell, Abdeali, Ahmed, and the smiling chef called Arram. These guys work hard and make this hotel what it is. The entertainment team was friendly, engaging, and put on a show every night. They could do with having live bands come to the hotel like they do in their neighbouring hotel. My room was beautiful and serviced daily to a high standard. I found reception staff to be overwhelmed and fairly swamped when it came to dealing with enquiries. I had to ask reception staff several times for the same thing to be done and found that quite frustrating. I used the laundry service, and despite asking reception 3 times for the laundry to be uplifted, it still remained in my room. When it was eventually uplifted (4pm), it was not delivered for another 2 days, and this was after i chased them up as I was leaving the next day. There wasn't even an apology or a refund. One thing I noticed was the number of poolside lights not working at night as you walk past to return to your room. I counted seven lights not functioning, and with the wet poolside, I found it quite dangerous due to poor lighting. The hotel provided a courtesy bus into Marrakech, and this was excellent.

Very friendly with super attentive staff. We would really recommend this hotel as a base to explore Marrakech and further. We had a duplex room which gave us all privacy and 2 bathrooms. The weather in January was just right. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to and from the city on regular intervals. It is always on time and reliable. The food is very good and thankfully concentrates on local flavours but there is also pizza, pasta and stuff if that’s your thing. Pool area is very clean, never had an issue with finding space with none of the stupid towel races I’ve seen Brits practice as everyone is respectful and thoughtful. Highly recommend this for a weeks stay. All of the staff are charming and we never heard a cross word. Having said that Ahmed, Fatima and Madiha worth a special mention for always smiling and being so lovely.

Great hotel with lots of fun activities. Staff were great (especially Houssni) and were all really nice. Service was 5/5. Room was also really nice, clean and newly furnished. Food wask ok and was a small selection of main courses and sides.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s quite a small hotel but has everything you need! Kids enjoyed the pool and slides. The food was great. We had a duplex room which was great with the kids! Pitcho and the entertainment team were fab!! The restaurant staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble! Great stay!

I had the pleasure of spending my vacation at the Be Live Experience hotel, and I am extremely satisfied with my stay. The food was very delicious and beautifully presented, and we really enjoyed the drinks. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff surprised us daily with their artistic bed-making. Additionally, the hotel had a well-equipped gym, which was a big plus for us. The free shuttle bus to Marrakech was very convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and always ready to help. Our vacation was very successful, and I would like to extend a special thanks to the restaurant manager, who was exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Don’t be put off by any negativity about this hotel it’s top notch. From check in to arranging a late room check out nothing was too much trouble. All the staff are super friendly and efficient but a special thanks to little and large Omar’s who looked after us at the pool bar always with a smile and a joke. Restaurant food was very good and over 2 weeks not as repetitive as some other places we have stayed. If we had one slightly negative comment it was that the poolside was crowded with sun beds close together and the usual selfish people who put their towels out very early but didn’t make use of them but we were fortunate enough to have a ground floor room with terrace with sun beds so didn’t prove to be an issue for us. We don’t usually visit on site entertainment but we did here and they were good especially the weekly live band by the pool area. Pachu from the entertainment team is a very likeable guy and is an asset to the team.

Really recommend this hotel, we had the best time! Entertainment was amazing - particularly Pitcho and Iliyas who were highlights of our days and nights! Plenty of things to get yourself involved with throughout the day. Evenings were always great with a variety of performances. Staff were super polite and accommodating, and are always on hand to help with serving you and booking taxis at reception. Any problems around the pool, staff will always help. Cleaners were great and the hotel is super hygienic. There are constantly cleaners walking around making sure areas are clean. Room was perfect. Food was nice, albeit not a huge amount of variety. Plenty of Moroccan cuisine to try but if you are a fussy eater, you might struggle. Definitely recommend the pool bar which has great selection. If you aren’t keen on kids on holiday, you might want to go to the other Be Live, or avoid school holidays!

Great hotel, staff are amazing, the entertainers are all so lovely and the star of the show pincho he's soooo funny, the dj was great, nouhaila and smiley also, food was super tasty and rooms were 5* Highly recommended and will definitely be back Shiv, myah & Kyra❤️

We just came back from a 1-week stay at the Be Live Hotel. It was a really nice stay in this low-season. Not too busy,nice weather. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 children. We had 1 suite and 1 standard room. Both rooms are very spacious. The rooms and the entire hotel are very clean! The swimming pool needs some renovation with the tiles and unfortunately, the kids pool was very cold. However, there are some areas in the large, heated pool where they could play. The animation team at the swimming pool are fun guys who want to make the best of your stay. As it was not so busy, there was no fixed programme but if you wanted to do anything, they were there to help! Then the food; this was really really good! Different buffet every day and of high quality. The staff was also very nice here. We had 1 dinner at the separate restaurant and that was a nice change with a delicious fondant chocolate cake. Each day, you can take the shuttle bus to and from the city. Just be aware that you need to book it at the latest the evening before. 2 negative points; - The staff at the reception is not flexible, not friendly and not helpful. We had to find out everything ourselves,they did not want to call the jardin majorelle for us with a question about accessibility,... we all experienced this unfortunately. - Kids club: I can understand that it is low season but there were still kids at the hotel. The responsible girl was not motivated and the only thing she did, was colouring or painting. They have such a nice area with tons of toys but she was 100% of the time on her phone... The same for the kids disco, she told all the parents that there was no disco as there were no kids. Of course, if you say that to all the parents, no one will come and she has a free evening. Our daughter only went 3 out of 7 evenings to the disco. The kids animation was the only frustrating thing about our stay so I hope they will improve this next year. BBesidesthese 2 points, I can only recommend this hotel. Especially the good food and nearby location of Marrakech-centre.

I came to this trip for my bday and this hotel was amazing , the staff are friendly and very welcoming especially El Bachir, Tarik, Salah (bar) , Hassan, Achraf and Pitcho. They made us feel welcome and really looked after us, honestly genuine great people !!! Will definitely recommend and be coming back next year.
