Reviews of Radisson Hotel Duluth-Harborview

When we arrived these staff only claimed to have a reservation for one room other than the two we had booked and were doing charge us double of what we had already paid on Trip.com. Then they gave us the key to a room already occupied because of a malfunctioning reservation system. Then it took a long time to find me another room which I finally got into after 2 am!
