I booked the hotel on 2/12 for my stay started on 2/16-2/18. I called the hotel on 2/12 and asked whether the swimming pool would be open during weekend. The hotel staff answered yes, but when we arrived, I asked again, they said no. Swimming pool was closed during my time there. If I knew that, I would not book this hotel. They offered us to go to Homesuite hotel which was 2 buildings away. We drove them at night because I had small kids and was freezing cold outside. We were let in to the swimming pool. We tested the pool water and we left since the pool water was cold. We were sad because the pool was not really quite heated, and we didn't get to swim at all. Back to Hampton Inn, when I showered, the shower curtain would keep opening on both end. It might due to the bathroom barn door leaving big gap between door and wall, and the air circulation in room blew the curtain open. Beware of water splashing. And the shower head kept making squeezing noise. Other than all these, the hotel was okay, and the included breakfast was okay.

Nice place and have stayed here before but it seemed the pipes were old or not secured in the stairwell and were banging all night. Very noisy and didn’t get a wink of rest. Headphones don’t event help. Very disappointing.

The hotel was very clean which was a big plus and staff was friendly. Breakfast options were good. I gave it 3 stars because we could not use the pool and were told if we wanted to use the pool we needed to go to their sister hotel. I was not going to drive to another hotel and swim and then change and drice back. The pool was one reason why we chose this hotel.

Horrible. Staff were rude. Breakfast was cold & ran out. Coffee was hot, brown water-coffee grounds reused many times. Beds too hard to sleep, bathtub dirty. Requested room cleaning & was refused. Room not cleaned in 4 days we were there. Room ridiculously cramped. Left early because of awful conditions.

We only stayed one night and were very pleased. The room was extremely clean, water pressure in the shower was great, the included breakfast was delicious, and AJ in concierge was very pleasent and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved the room, very big and clean. The bathroom had built-in toiletries and was very clean too. Awesome stay, really enjoyed it. The hosts and staff people were friendly and helpful too. Will be sure to book again next time I’m in the area.

I have stayed at this property several times in the last three years and every time I have been pleased with the condition of the rooms, nice breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, and overall convenience.

staff were nice and accommodating. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Only stopped in for one night but i would definitely stay again. The room was clean and neat, the jetted tub was LOVELY. Only downside is there’s no way to watch anything other than Direct TV.

Easy and friendly check in service. Comfortable rooms, quiet and clean, they offered a nice selection of breakfast items.

This is a decent property in an OK location. But the room cleaning service needs a reset. If you've stayed in a Hampton Inn anywhere, this place will be familiar; it's basically exactly the same. Decent gym, good breakfast, guest laundry, etc. But unlike every other hotel I've stayed in since the pandemic, this one still won't clean your room unless you ask 24 hours in advance -- which is impossible for the next day if you check in late in a day. We were there three nights. The first full day, we asked to have the room cleaned the next day, but it didn't happen. The desk had no explanation for this, just said the crew had too many rooms to clean and couldn't get to ours. They did bring us clean towels, but we had to put our dirty towels out, dump our own trash, scavenge TP from the maids in the hall, etc. The desk blamed the pandemic. But we've been staying in hotels steadily through the pandemic, and never have been in one that wouldn't clean your room if you asked. We won't stay here again or recommend it.
