Amazing stay in the Medina, the only problem : it was too short!! Abdel and the team were just so welcoming and helpful, they all went above and beyond to make our experience so unique. It truly felt like home. We had breakfast and lunch there as well and it was sooooo good! We will definitely come back!

Lovely stay at p’tit habibi, we started our holiday in Morocco here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially providing a phone to call them on if we needed any help during the day. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms are finished really well. I would recommend organising a taxi through the riad to take you there as it can be difficult to find

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 nights at ptit habibi. We couldn't recommend this riad more - the northern side of the medina for its beautiful, stylish surroundings (all rooms individually decorated with lots of eclectic gems and communal spots to enjoy) / clean and super comfortable and made all the more perfect by Abdul and Said whose first class hosting made us feel like we had arrived home everyday we stepped through the door to tranquility off from the chaos of the medina. Delicious Breakfasts served daily on the terrace / loungers / plunge pool made for relaxed days at the Riad with cocktails at sunset. We were given a mobile phone for use in medina if we needed to contact them (or got horribly lost!) which was a real comfort. Super helpful with making reservations and even locating lost trousers at a palmeraie venue we had visited!! We had a movie night one night / fantastic dinner there the night we arrived / and Said took us for a spin on his motorbike. We were sad to say goodbye to this special place and people. Perfect base for a trip to marrakech and the surrounding areas.

We arrived for the final two nights of our Marrakesh trip to be greeted by the staff who were warm and welcoming. We went out on our first day from the Riad and got lost, easy to do in the city, the phone they gave us came in useful as we called them and Sayeed came straight out to rescue us and help us find our way again. The manager was really keen to help us find our way again the next day and set us off in the right direction for our day accompanying us part of the way. They called us transport at night when we wanted it and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable in the Riad. Moroccan hospitality at it best. Thank you so much.

Staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely and the warmth they showed in welcoming and getting us settled in was greatly appreciated. Since the roads can be confusing, they even offered to personally accompany us - and also pointed out things to see along the way. I’ve been to Morocco a few times (and stayed in different riads in Marrakech on this trip) and although it seems a bit far away, I actually really appreciate that it wasn’t too close to the medina. Staying closer to the medina is way noisier, and the roads are far more winding. By comparison, it was a lot easier to get to/from finding P’tit Habibi. I loved the decor and the architecture of the riad, as there are multiple stairs / routes to the various rooms which makes it feel intimate. There’s a book available about the thought put behind the construction of the riad too, which is a fascinating look. There’s a small pool, which we didn’t get a chance to use. Breakfast is traditional Moroccan, which is a bit carb heavy. The bathroom was spacious (separate from the main room, across a short private corridor), with nice toiletries. I also liked that each room had an eclectic selection of second-hand books. If there’s one thing that I’d ding the rooms for, it’s missing mirrors in the toilet which is within the room/lack of space. I suspect the thinking was that people could go across to the separate/private bathroom outside the room for brushing teeth, makeup etc. Even if the thinking was to keep this separate for hygiene reasons, the toilet was severely underpowered light bulb with which you can barely see anything (I had to use my phone torch at times). It’s the only part of the setup that felt a bit style over substance. This could easily be fixed with slightly better lighting in the future. However, the point above is minor. I really liked the pride and charm in design and thoughtful ways in which the common areas were decorated to make it more inviting with books, games etc. And I really can’t commend enough about how helpful and friendly staff were!

This is such a wonderful Riad in the heart of the city! I spent one night here, after a long series of flights from the West Coast (USA) to Marrakesh. I received free transport from the airport (as a Smith Extra), which was seamless and easy. When I arrived, the hotel manager made me feel so welcome at the Riad, & provided great tips about the city. It meant a lot that he arranged a guide to walk us to/from dinner— as travelling as a young woman in a new city at night can be intimidating. The decor is so lovely here, and when we returned from dinner, candles were light in my room which made the place feel magical. Breakfast served to my private terrace was also a lovely day to start the morning and my first full day in Morocco!

We have just returned back home from a weeks stay at the wonderful riad P´tit Habibi and we could not have been more happy. We have been to Marrakesh twice before, staying at significantly more expensive hotels (Amanjena, La Mamounia and the Four Seasons), but this stay at P´tit Habibi was the best! From the moment we first contacted the manager Abdel to ask for practical things and tips for things to do, we felt very well taken care of. All requests were answered quickly and nothing was a problem. We arrived on a Saturday just before sunset and was warmly greeted with the traditional mint tea and local biscuits which were served at the beautiful roof terrasse. Sitting there, hearing the Ramadan prayers over the city while enjoying our tea, was just magic. The riad has just five rooms plus a courtyard, a number of common rooms and the mentioned roof terrasse with a small pool, loungers and sitting areas. It is beautifully decorated with a tasteful mix of Moroccan and modern furniture, all very carefully selected. There are pretty, quirky and surprising things to see wherever you look, including amazing lamps, colorful pillows, art and a number of wonderful mirrors. Our suite - the White room - was great. It is the most traditional room of the riad, pretty long with some chairs and a fireplace in one end and a comfy bed in the other end. There is also a decorated wardrobe with plenty of space for our clothes and a private bathroom with everything needed. The best part is the private terrace with a huge daybed and another sitting area, all with comfy pillows, lamps, lanterns being lit every evening and green plants. The very best thing about the riad is, however, it’s staff. All friendly and smiling, always willing to help and keeping everything clean and beautiful. They are happy to give recommendations, make reservations, walk you places if it is hard to find your way, they pick up take away pizza if you feel like eating in or even assist you in getting a local hair cut or have clothes repaired. We got a local mobile phone to be able to reach them when we were out and also cash the first day before we had been able to get some ourselves. Food is very good too. Varied breakfasts every morning, with freshly pressed orange juice, coffee, different Moroccan pancakes, bread, egg, yoghurt, fruit etc. We also had a dinner at the riad the first night of our stay. This has to be ordered in advance, and I highly recommend it. Our dinner consisted of a large selection of Moroccan starters and salads followed by a traditional tajine with chicken, olives and preserved lemons plus freshly grilled skewers of meat, all really tasty and fresh. In my view this riad is a real find and I hope we will have the chance to visit again.

My husband and I recently enjoyed several days at this lovely riad. The lounge area was so peaceful and calming, we loved the water feature and relaxing music that greeted us during our arrival. Abdelouafi, the hotel manager was wonderful and he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. He made us mint tea when we arrived and assisted me in looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate my birthday dinner. Abdelouafi also let the restaurant know that it was my birthday and the restaurant made sure my experience was memorable. Abdelouafi also gave us a local cell phone to use during our stay (such a thought touch!) and helped us navigate for our first venture around the Medina. Because we absolutely loved the French toast we had during the first morning breakfast, Abdelouafi accommodated our request to have it again during our stay. Much appreciated! We enjoyed having breakfast each morning on our private rooftop terrace. It was great seeing Abdelouafi and Larbi each morning when they brought up breakfast. We didn’t get a chance to meet her but Fatinazahra made the delicious breakfast each morning. The Riad is not too far from the action and it took us about 20/25 minutes to walk to the souks and square. When we returned in the evenings we saw either Larbi or Saiid. Both were very nice to us. We chatted with Saiid a few times and really enjoyed talking to him. The entire team made us feel very welcome and we would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quaint and relaxing stay in Marrakech. We also want to thank Aisha for tidying up our room each day. We aren’t very fussy people but appreciated her taking care of us.

The warmest welcome we've ever had, I went to stay at Ptit habibi with my mum for a girls trip to Marrakech. Not only was the decor and style incredible, but the service was the best I've ever had at any hotel, anywhere else in the world. Abdul and his team were so kind and welcoming, they even gave us a little phone to use (it's so expensive to use your phone over there!) and we could contact them anytime we got lost or needed help. They organised people to walk us to dinner and back if it was near the riad, and we felt so safe and like it was coming back to a real home after a long day out in the chaos of the Souks, The food was cooked with so much love and was 10/10, and everything was no problem at all to sort. The room was INCREDIBLE, so stylish and comfortable (had the best night's sleep there in a long time!) and we felt so looked after there. Recs include the chicken and lemon tagine, don't worry about breakfast because you'll be eating the most amazing spread every morning that'll fill you up until lunch.
