Exceptional in every way. It’s all the little things that made our stay at Cocoon perfect. Driver was waiting for us at the airport. Staff welcomed us with tea and we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived to this sanctuary in a very lively city. Our pre ordered dinner was served shortly after without delay. It was delicious. Our room was very nicely appointed with robes slippers and high quality amenities. The best part our stay was the attention provided by Jamaa. He was so kind and professional. Super knowledgeable and always willing to help. Restaurant recommendations were excellent (although a bit expensive). One of the places La Terrasse Des Epices, even sent a staff member to walk us to the square after dinner. Jamaa also made sure there was transport organized for whenever we needed it. Corinne, the owner, provided excellent communication and was very kind. I like to give a balanced review with some constructive feedback…but in this case I can’t think of anything they could have improved! Highly recommended. If you’re able to get a room here, book it without hesitation, you’ll be glad you did!

Our short visit to Marrakech was scheduled a few days after the earthquake. The owner, Corinne, could not have been more helpful. She responded to our queries quickly and honestly, which gave us great reassurance. From organising our airport pickup to drop off, our experience with Corrine and her team at Riad Cocoon was perfection. The Riad is a beautiful haven inside the Medina. A wonderful Hammam spa, massage, delicious meals, wonderful amenities and music playlists, personalised map recommendations, a cool plunge pool, and a fantastic staff team - what’s not to love?

My friends and I had the most calming and enjoyable experience at Riad Cocoon. It was my second visit there in 7 years and the service and experience was just as excellent as the first. Corinne and T he staff were very helpful. Cocoon is truly a haven within the medina, with great proximity to everything you could possibly want and need. I already know I’ll be returning for my next visit to Marrakech.

My partner and I stayed at Riad Cocoon and our expectations were blown away! They contacted us before we even arrived and immediately made us feel welcome and excited to be staying there. From the warm welcome on arrival and throughout the stay, everyone made us feel relaxed and all the staff were super helpful. The Riad is perfectly located to be a base for exploring Marrakech. The service is second to none, delicious breakfast on the roof top, relaxing massages and hammam are available at request and are an absolute must to wind down after a day of visiting the city. They organised our transfers to and from the airport and gave us lots of useful information about the city which gave us confidence in an unknown city. We would stay again in a heartbeat, an absolute treasure! Thank you all for such a memorable stay with you!

Corinne and her staff were so helpful and looked after me brilliantly. The riad is a beautiful oasis in the middle of busy Marrakech and made for a very relaxing visit. Lovely rooms and beautiful food, and a relaxing hammam, I highly recommend this lovely riad.

Riad Cocoon was an excellent choice for our three night stay in Marrakech. Corinne was a great host who warmly welcomed us with tea and biscuits, as well as a personalised itinerary for our time in the city. Corrine was there every day to check on us and give recommendations and advice, whilst the other staff were always available for any food/drinks orders and other assistance. The room was very comfortable and the location was in the Medina was a great base from which to explore. First timer travellers to Marrakech should be cautious about leaving the Riad at night as there are lots of people around looking to take advantage of tourists. However this should not deter you from staying at Riad Cocoon.

We had an amazing stay here! The riad is very clean and comfortable. It has a lovely rooftop patio where they serve the meals. The swimming pool was very refreshing. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.
