Lovely property, but due to location in centre of city it was slightly noisy during the evening and no street parking available nearby. The hotel says it has parking, but this is not true since it was only street parking which is always being used and is paid until 8.30pm and from 8am in the morning.

Maria and Gaetano are amazing hosts. Very helpful tips on where to go and the restaurant recommendations were all on point as well.
We forgot something and Gaetano recovered it for us and was waiting for us when we came back to pick it up.
This residence is highly recommended.

Sono stata in questo residence con mio marito nei primi giorni di Settembre. La responsabile della struttura, la signora Maria, è stata molto disponibile e professionale. Il residence risulta dotato di ogni comfort ed è sembrato decisamente pulito. Comoda la posizione, vicina al centro della città, raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. Camere spaziose e dotate di tutto ciò che è necessario. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Piacevole anche la vista dalla struttura sul corso della città. Siamo stati davvero molto bene, consiglio vivamente.

La struttura è ideale per soggiorni brevi, si trova in una posizione davvero comoda sia per chi arriva in treno sia per chi arriva in macchina. Vicino ci sono numerose possibilità per parcheggiare sulle strisce blu (dalle 20:30 alle 8:30 non si paga) e ci sono anche altri parcheggi a pagamento. La struttura non è in zona ztl quindi molto pratica da raggiungere. le stanze sono molto pulite. La proprietaria è molto cortese e disponibile e fornisce molte informazioni utili. Nella stanza c'è un frigo bar con acqua e succhi di frutta e a disposizione la macchina del caffé, il bollitore dell'acqua. la colazione è convenzionata con un bar sotto il palazzo ed è buona. La camera è molto pulita e il bagno, il particolare la doccia, ottimi. Unici difetti il letto leggermente corto (almeno per i miei standard) ed il fatto che essendo la struttura in centro non è molto in una zona molto silenziosa, ma può anche essere che sia dipeso dallo specifico giorno che ci sono stata io
