Our 4 th visit to this beautiful resort. Everything from the food, the long, wide white beach , water sports and gorgeous rooms was absolutely perfect, but it’s the amazing, friendly staff team that will keep us returning. Their determination to make every guests experience special, their humor, attention to detail make every moment special. Whether you want lots of activities, or a quiet time out, everyone is catered for from tiny babies to kids programs, weddings … everyone is happily having a great time .

We have just enjoyed the best time here at Victoria Beachcomber Resort and Spa! The staff have been so lovely and attentive. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean at all times. The beach…..Wow! Beautiful soft white sand the just goes on and on. If you live walking along an amazing beach, looking out at a beautiful blue sea, then this is definitely the place to come to. Don’t wait, don’t think about it anymore…..just book your holiday here. You really won’t be disappointed.

Sudash at the main restaurant is an amazing host. For my 21st he spoilt me by having a cake baked for me with complimentary wine, it was absolutely divine. It was an amazing unexpected surprise from him.

I travelled to Victoria end of August 2026 with my passengers. Comfortable rooms, delicious restaurants and very kind staff. My group was super happy despite it was not sunny throughout our stay. But they took the bright side of this matter and enjoyed the excursions whenever we could not go to swim. The island has too much to see! The cleaning is perfect, the beach is beautiful, the experiences offered by the hotel are worth of participating. What to ask more for a wonderful vacation? I'd love to thank to Rahul who assisted me during our stay. If he was not present in the hotel, he was texting me to know if all was ok. A special thanks to chef David who tried to satisfy all of my crazy requests with his wonderful jams. Victoria is the right choice for a Mauritian vacation.

We stayed at Victoria Beachcomber hotel for 10 days. After having a busy few weeks, we loved the change to a calm environment. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and found everyone to be super friendly and nice. We went all inclusive and would definitely recommend. There were hundreds of activities to do, family favourites including the many water sports, henna tattoo and water gym (10/10) and we also had so many refreshment options and everybody was so polite making it an incredible experience. The views too were incredible. Finally, the food options were great. As a family with a picky eater, a nut allergy, gluten intolerance and vegetarian, it’s not always the easiest to find food but the restaurant and food options were incredible and satisfied all. Definitely recommend the pumpkin soup at La Casa! Everybody was very helpful about nut allergies and incredibly careful as well. Thank you for a wonderful time

Perfect location on the beach. We chose the Victoria for 2 units which was perfect for older people and young couples, it was quite and very relaxing. The rooms were well equipped for a comfortable stay. The whole property was immaculately kept and looked after every day. Being an exclusive section to the hotel it was very quiet and well worth the additional cost. Staff were very friendly and always able to communicate and assist with our requests. They too extra care with our parents (both mid-eighties).

Food really not good, meat no taste at all, I had to order room service. Call reception due to bathtub issue, someone came after 3hrs, no follow up at all. Disappointed BIG TIME.

A lovely spot for a family holiday. With ocean views from each room, an incredibly beautiful setting with a stunning pool, a white sand beach and reef on your doorstep. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and @Zubeir kept our rooms in immaculate condition. Thank you Victoria Beachcomber for an unforgettable stay. We look forward to being back.

Honestly one of the best holidays ive ever had in my life, the staff were very very friendly and always happy to help out. Special mentions to Gauthier and Ryanna for organizing all the events and everything that the resort offers

We stayed at the Beachcomber in June as a group of family/friends. Rooms- outstanding, very spacious, well equipped, amazing views of the beach including sunset. They are cleaned once a day to a very high standard and the your bed is turned down in the evenings and bins emptied etc. big shout out to Salim (room 341) who serviced our room. Beds very comfortable and air con works well. Food- speciality restaurants are great and unlimited on all inclusive. It’s a bit tricky to book as can’t be done on the app. We were lucky and our independent travel agent Clare Greenaway (Hays) pre book ours. To book you need to visit the designated desk in reception during the day. The steak restaurant gets very booked up and has very limited spaces. The main buffet has a good choice and has themed nights each night. The service is excellent and drinks are ordered from your table. The only minor problem we had was that the food isn’t always really hot, but lukewarm. The quality is very good and didn’t experience any digestion issues at all. Pool/bars- large pool with plenty of sun beds, no need to get up early to get a good spot! Drinks and food can be ordered at the beds and we received excellent service from the staff there, I can’t remember their names but we were the pink lady and choc milkshake party Pool towels are provided and can be changed as frequently as you like. Entertainment/activity staff- Again excellent, big shout out to Gaulthier, Gertrude, Amely, Ayuind, Clarino and Ryanna. The staff were very engaging and kept my two boys 19 and 22 entertained. They really enjoyed, padel, volleyball, pentaque, waterpolo and much more. Beach activities - The Nautical club were fab, the staff were amazing and again can’t remember their names, but always very helpful and friendly. Snorkelling, kayaks, pedals, paddle boarding, glass bottom boat all available free of charge to hotel guests all inclusive. We took part in the beach clean up and received a free t-shirt and cap. Gaetan was amazing and booked our activities for us. Beach- The sand is white and is very clean. The water has a fair few rocks and coral so buy high quality water shoes and beware of stonefish. I bought cheap water shoes from Amazon and the rep said they would not protect my feet fully. There are locals that fish for stonefish at night so the shallow water is fairly safe, but don’t take a chance. The water is warm and clear. Staff- Staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you! Big shout out to the manager in the main bar Nitin and the man who serves coffee in the bar/snack bar in the mornings don’t know his name. Javi is a legend at the pool beach bar and kept our drinks topped up! Location- The nearest shop is about a 15 min walk along the driveway, it sells most things there including lays crisps which we were very excited about There are two small shops in the hotel, but quite pricey and limited stock. The hotel was excellent, great facilities and first class service from everyone and so friendly, Entertainment team Gauthier, Ameily, Ryanna and all the others were great fun and so accommodating, lots of laughs and encouraged you to join in and play paddle, pétanque, beach volleyball, water polo and so much more.

We recently stayed at Victoria Beachcomber as an Indian family with kids, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is amazing—massive, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning location. The sunset views from the resort are simply breathtaking and were one of the highlights of our stay. We stayed in a ground-floor double room, which was very comfortable and offered lovely views with easy access to the beach, making it especially convenient for families. As vegetarians, we initially found the buffet options somewhat limited. However, Chef Iqbal went above and beyond to take special care of us throughout our stay. Every day, he lovingly prepared delicious Indian curries and fresh rotis, ensuring that we always had a satisfying meal. His hospitality and personal attention truly made a difference. The Kids Club was another standout feature. Our 8-year-old thoroughly enjoyed the games and activities organized by the team. The staff took excellent care of the children, keeping them engaged and entertained, which allowed the adults to relax and enjoy the resort. We also loved the complimentary water activities. The glass-bottom boat, paddle boat, and kayak were fantastic additions and added a lot of fun to our holiday. Every evening, the resort organized cultural dance performances showcasing local traditions and dance forms, followed by a DJ night. These events created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere and gave us a glimpse into the local culture. A special thanks to Shayana for accommodating our request for a complimentary late checkout. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to make the most of our final day at the resort and added a perfect ending to an already memorable vacation. Overall, Victoria Beachcomber offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, family-friendly activities, warm hospitality, and memorable experiences. We would happily recommend it to families visiting Mauritius.
