Our group of 23 mature hikers enjoyed our stay at this fantastic hotel. The rooms were immaculate, great beds, great bathrooms. Every room had a deck. Very good breakfast was included in the price. We took advantage of the rooftop pool and spa. We often met in the afternoons after hiking at the bar. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great location, very good breakfast, nice staff at breakfast, restaurant and the pool area. Spent a week there, the roof top pool and jacuzzi were great, even though had some difficulties with the water temperature for two days. Couldn't really relax there after sauna, because people were having noisy fan at pool near by, went to my room instead. WiFi didn't work in my room, got a better connection with out it. A good hotel that I can highly recommend.

We got kicked out for answering a question!!! 4 friends on sku holiday not party goers skiers. We were asked if we enjoyed food replied it was average but service poor. 12 to 14 tables 3 servers, half hour wait for a drink, over 45 minutes for first course, told they would bring main course when we hadn't ordered it. Owner then ambushed myself and friend - body language threatening hands on hip pointing finger! Told us she was contacting rep and we would find somewhere else to stay. When asked what we said it was obvious she did not know and would not listen to us talking over us continually. We moved to nicer hotel next day! I had no problems other than food but owner totally over reacted so can only give 1 out of six, avoid incase you offend owner and get thrown out like us

Every element of our holiday here was brilliant - but particularly the staff and customer service - a special thank you to Martin, Nester, Jonas and the brilliant Italian waiter (sorry didn’t catch your name) for making it so good. The hotel is spacious, stylish and clean. The rooftop spa is an absolute gem - pool and hot tub as warm as (if not warmer than) a bath! The selection of food at breakfast is excellent and our half board evening meals were spot on. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back again!

The stuff is very kind. There aren't USB plugins in the guest room so that ask the frontdesk.

We travelled with Crystal ski and stayed for a week as a family in 2 rooms. The hotel is central but that was also it’s biggest drawback. Our rooms were 1st floor at the front just above the hotel entrance and restaurant. The rooms are dated with tired decor and not particularly clean, the bed was comfortable BUT we hardly slept all week due to noise of people shouting on the street below, the rooms were also far too warm but you couldn’t open the window until 2 or 3am due to the noise which then started again at around 6am with people departing the hotel. Having returned from a week’s holiday I am now exhausted through lack of sleep! After our first night I asked the receptionist if it was possible to move rooms as we tend to be in bed by around 10 when the noise was at it’s worst, I was told they were full and it wasn’t possible. We had booked bed and breakfast but on our first evening struggled to find anywhere to eat, I asked at reception if we could eat in the hotel and was told we would have to queue in the street for a table! Luckily, one of us asked a waiter in the hotel restaurant who allowed us a table, the service was very slow ( after around 20 minutes we had to ask if we could order drinks), the food was average, and the glass of house red wine was awful. The spa area was good and the rooftop pool lovely after a day’s skiing. Breakfast was average, with the the same buffet everyday. We didn’t realise until the last day that you could order cooked bacon and eggs ( we’d never been told.) Staff were quick enough to tell us not to take food from the breakfast room though, my son in law was ill in bed so we had made him some sandwiches to eat and were told abruptly that we were not allowed to take them out of the breakfast room. After some discussion the waitress reluctantly agreed we could have them. All 4 of us agreed that despite the pool area we would never return to this hotel, there are definitely much better hotels for the money.

We booked this hotel with half board through Inghams for our ski trip. The hotel itself was fine, our rooms were a little tired but the spa area was great. The problem started at dinner on the Sunday night. The hotel wasn't busy for half board maybe around 12-14 tables but everything seemed disorganised. We ordered a round of drinks, these took around 30 minutes to arrive, our starters took forever to come and they came to take our plates away and advised that they would bring our mains out, the problem being no one had take our order for our main meal. We ordered our mains and they came out relatively quick. Three of us ordered veal, this was over done and cut like a door stop and one of the group had spaghetti, this had clearly been sitting under a hot lamp as it had gone crispy. At the end of the meal, we were asked how our meal was and we gave our opinion and the staff member didn't say anything and just walked away. We left to go to our rooms, 2 of our group went outside for some air and were accosted by the female owner on the way in, asking them how dare they say that the food was overdone and is not 4 star and that we should find somewhere else to stay for the rest of our trip! I don't know if she was stressed regarding something else or just took a dislike to us but this was the end of the relationship with the hotel and we moved to a lovely hotel round the corner the next day.

After our snowboarding trip got cancelled to France we returned to Mayrhofen and decided to stay at the Manni as we had seen this on our last trip. We were a little later arriving due to PCR testing issues at Gatwick however on arrival to the hotel we were greeted by a lovely young man who explained everything to us advised us about dinner that evening and we were on our way. The room was very large seating area, twin beds and a large shower room (some rooms go have baths if you preferred a bath maybe email hotel and request). We were in Room 214 which did not have a bath. Large balcony (we never use it). Robes, slippers and sauna towels all on your bed and should you need it a large TV. Room was very warm so just notched the radiator down a little bit, beds super comfortable. There is a mini fridge if you use the contents the housekeeper just tells reception and they put it in your bill. Bring British would have loved a kettle for a cup of tea 😉. The only downside to the bedroom was the fact the bedside table lamps were screwed into the chest of drawers do could not move them further back but very minor… We were half board option and arriving into the restaurant were shown to our table. Waiter was extremely nice and helpful. This restaurant was only for diner and a separate one for Breakfast: breakfast was typical European meats cheese croissants eggs etc big ample items for everybody to eat. It was beautiful. The next morning we put our boarding gear on and went down the lift to reception. We hadn’t even stepped one foot out of the door when a very rude lazy on reception jumped at us and said the owner did not want any equipment through reception you just use the boot room lift. Our gear was dry as we had only just arrived and I don’t mind using the boot room lift (once we had located it) however day 1 I felt the lady could have dealt with this a little better. Boot room is just round the side of the hotel you require hotel key to get in out etc…, small boot room but was ample for the amount of guests in the hotel. Spa opens at 3 and the pool is amazing lovely and warm and the cold steam coming off it looks like something from the blue lagoon. Gym is open 8-8. Thdd we hotel was really quiet as Austria has curfew currently of 22;00 FFP2 masks also mandatory. The hotel did not check our covid passes but other areas in Mayrhofen did. Would 100% return to this hotel and put the nasty reception lady to the back of my head. Such a nice hotel
