Pictures are definitely false advertisement!! No pool and the a/c in the rooms do NOT work! Struggled to get a room because they didn’t want to take a credit card payment.

It was late and was the last hotel choice, a bit expensive for being the only and last choice from last minute but the hotel was very clean and quiet, the bed was hard and i sleept surprinsingly good on it. Wasn't any amenities but i felt safe there considering was my last minute choice. Nice area, they don't give you extra towels or blankets.

Excelente servicio, hotel sencillo pero con todos los servicios. Nos tocó un cuarto con cocineta, dos baños completos, refrigerador, zotehuela con lavadero, muy limpio todo, no se escuchan ruidos de la calle. Atención personalizada. Muy limpio y un lugar seguro para dormir y descansar bien.

los empleados muy lindos, tienen un area con sillas y mesas para cuando quieras disfrutar del aire o comer al aire libre, muy amables y tuve un problema con la reservacion pero rapido me atendieron, muy limpio y super bonito, me encanto que en la habitacion habian platos cucharas vasos de todo, escelente hotel

Estuve hospedada una semana en ese hotel, y hubo varios inconvenientes, desde que no cambian las sábanas, no te dejan jabón y shampoo además de que te cobran 500 pesos por prestarte sus toallas y te dicen que si la manchas, esos 500 pesos no regresan, cuando sus toallas están bien manchadas, el personal no es tan amable, entran a tu habitación sin tocar la puerta, cuando se supone que por eso hay un reporte de todas las entradas y salidas y por educación a las 9 de la mañana que pasaron se toca la puerta. Tras días pasaron para que cambiaran las sábanas en fin no me gustó su hotel.
