The worst experience of my life, they control everything. You can't bring in a beer, or anything that contains alcohol, they are despots. They didn't want to let me into the room because I spoke badly to the security, asking what I had inside my cooler. You can't bring a beer to the pool, you only consume what they sell. But THEY DO NOT SELL ANYTHING...the pool is a mess...I have a travel agency and in 30 years I have never had such an experience, very unpleasant. I do not recommend it

El 28 de agosto nos hospedamos en el hotel mi pareja y yo pero al llegar a recepción la recepcionista muy mala atención muy prepotente con sus palabras pero ya estábamos ahí, llegamos a la habitación muy agradable, con mucho espacio, los vasos desechables muy buen plus, los jabones para el cuerpo y cabello, la verdad nos hubiera encantado quedarnos más días ahí pero su trato nos decepcionó y decidimos quedarnos solo una noche, la alberca muy bonita a las 8:10 ya que era hora se salirnos el señor que trata el agua de la alberca muy amable para retirarnos la verdad bonito hotel pero recuerden que el trato es lo más importante ojalá mejoren y siga así de bonito el hotel y muy importante muy accesible. Gracias hotel Jacarandas.
