5 minutes to restaurant or 24hrs Hamburger joint. the hotel still under renovation. told the staff and show him a picture of the Cleanliness of room,just got a word of sorry and that was it. booked room for 1 but you will have company,just look at the picture.

This hotel is in a great location, just a 2 km walk from the airport. There is also La Plaza Mall along the way, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The room is spacious and clean. The only drawback is that there is hair on the towel, but the overall accommodation experience is still good. The front desk service is friendly, and the simple breakfast with small pastries and coffee is also satisfactory and worth recommending.

Their ratings are suspicious, don't reflect reality. Property/rooms don't look like pictures. The floor and table top were filthy. Was hoping to stay for 5 days but stayed only one. The morning receptionist is extremely rude and dismissive. Zero customer service skills. Asked for manager, she said she was the top. Said her name was Miranda. Their posts in response to negative feedback reflect the dismissive attitude. They dont care!

Heating system isn't enough during cold night; terrible maintenace and dusty. Old pillows and bed!

There is no breakfast. The rooms do not look like the pictures online. The area is very sketchy and not properly lit. We didn’t end up staying. Didn’t feel safe.

Everything was fine. All the places we needed to go were within 5 miles to get there. Awesome place. Thanks

They did not have Internet and their breakfast without milk or fruit, only bread and coffee, for the rate they charge the breakfast was very poor.

Do not stay here just because it is the cheapest option. I stayed one night and immediately booked somewhere else for the rest of my trip. It felt like a horror movie was about to go down.

McAllen is very hot and humid during the summer. The room was cool but the humidity was uncomfortable in the room even with the a/c running

Nice place for a stay, no 3xtra nothing bur if yoy are goibf to be our and about is great to spend the night.....this time we had a great bed.

Go somewhere else, it's very cheap for a reason.
