房間設施陳舊，特別是走廊的地毯又臟又爛，走廊燈光昏暗，早餐一般，味道不好吃，餐廳沒有咖啡機。酒店環境和大廳有五星級的感覺，其他的勉強算3星半。

服務非常好，環境也很棒，就是時間不夠沒能在酒店裡多逛逛。酒店離水街很近，順着河走幾分鐘就到了。這次入住感覺還是很不錯的，希望酒店越來越好，下次還有機會再來酒店體驗。

酒店環境不錯，美女管家態度很好，到店就送上了歡迎水果，雖然是五一但整體體驗感都很好。離水街步行10多分鐘就到了，早上湖邊跑跑步也很舒服。
