All their staff are polite and helpful. They give the extra mile to help the customer from overseas, specially to 懿媛 and 朵儿. Her team help to book and paid for the taxis .
One thing I like about this hotel is the free night snack and laundry for thieir customers.
May need to build a covered drop out point at thr carpark area ( side gate)

We are a big group of family with 10 persons and stay in Meizhou 3 nights. All of us are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. I'm not able to speak Chinese well, but the receptionist, the cleaner, the chef are taking care us whole heartedly. Hotel provided us free laundry service and late night congee/meals for FREE!! Will come back here again in the future!!

The room is relatively spacious, newly opened, and the facilities are very new. The most important thing is that there is a place to hang clothes in the shower room, free laundry service, convenient parking, and a small refrigerator.

Small but complete. Atour is an unmistakable choice no matter which city you are in. From breakfast to late-night porridge, to check-in and check-out, and laundry service, everything was impeccable.
