Great hotel, next off the highway but no noice. Quieter normal area. Breakfast is good, all was good. Would come again. Much better then the dodgy competition

Not bad pricing from a male point of view, however this male noticed that this property needs some serious updating, and capital improvements. The carpeting is worn, stained and dated throughout, smells like wet feet, hasn’t been painted in Decades most likely … if you’re here for a night or two and with guys, it probably won’t bother you but if you bring your wife or significant other (female) expect her to be dissatisfied!

During check in the woman working the front office was very rude. She didn’t greet me, was condescending and told me to come back later due to it being short staffed. When I went back around 6pm, a young man was very friendly and apologized on her behalf. I’ve never had a bad experience using ******* before this time and very unsatisfactory.

The first room I checked into was not clean. The second room was clean but as I noticed the comforter was stained. There was an overall uncleanliness about the place

It did have a nice pool, however the exterior looked new but was furnished with furniture from the 1960's. I was afraid to touch the walls the bed was terrible, the elevator was not working. I was very disappointed.

The hotel is aging and needs at the very least, a fresh coat of paint. The housekeeping crew was on our floor, but didn’t even enter our room (no coffee replenished, nor trash emptied) and didn’t vacuum the hallway at least. To be fair, we were there for 2 overnights, and were attending a family event so didn’t spend much time at the hotel. When we checked out (5:30 am) nobody was at the desk. We said hello a couple of times and a staff member walked in from outside and asked us if we wanted a receipt. When we said yes, she went behind a curtain to the area where they serve breakfast. It was my guess that the desk worker was taking a nap.

One of the more run down hotels I've been to in quite awhile. Staff do the best they can with what they've got. Reviews going back a year indicate they know the condition of the property. Room doors dont shut on their own, Deadbolt stuck in locked position, tv didnt work til it got fixed, toilet stuck running once, lots of stained carpet in the hallways. Way overpriced. Location is only thing going for it

Fran the Front desk lady was so friendly and helpful however the rest of the hotel was defintely lacking. The room was clean however the rest of the property was dirty and disrepair. The breakfast was also disgusting and did not even offer coffee. We left and found breakfast elsewhere. At $148 this was certainly not worth the money

Run down hotel, carpet was filthy, rusty areas in bathroom, beds not comfortable. Breakfast had little to choose from. Front desk staff was great and helpful.

The hallways and common areas were very dirty. There were bloody tissues in the hallway. Very rundown and in need of updating. Would not recommend this hotel. We were originally booked to stay the week, but one night was all I could handle due to the lack of cleanliness and up keep. We checked out and found another hotel that was a major upgrade compared to this one.

The employee was very attentive, all three I met were on top of things and gave good walking directions. I arrived relatively late in terms of dinner time and the sink was plugged and maintenance had long since gone home but I’m a plumber and the employee agreed to let me use the little plunger they had. I couldn’t fix it but many would have just given me the “talk to the hand” crap. The nearby stores are full of friendly people too. I went over to target wanted to get to the package store to get a bottle for a cocktail and the lady checking out. Checking me out at the target called the liquor store for me to see when they close I mean just a nice neighborhood and friendly people around.

What I don’t like about the visit when I checked in, they checked me in to a dirty room I had to wait for a clean room. The facility was extremely dirty, and there was a strong odor of mold in my room. One of the worst experiences I’ve had so far.

This place is just okay. The staff is wonderful and the location is excellent, but unfortunately, everything else is below average.
