Firstly staff were very friendly and helpful, could not be faulted. Complained that internet was down, moved rooms but problem did not improve. Needed to sit in reception or in yard to check mails etc. Pool was closed but on last day attempts were being made to clean it so possibly will be opened in near future. It is a motel, so for those in a car probably very convenient, but if no car location not ideal as there is a fair walk to shops, Tram etc. All in all a good 11 day stay.

The large room with all the necessary accessories, milk, biscuits, shampoo, conditioner.
One of the lights needs a new globe, a little more hot water pressure.
Overall a good stay with a comfortable bed. Thanks.

Upon arrival, our allocated room had not been cleaned or made up and it was too late in the day to do so. We were allocated to another room which was on the Bell Road side and very noisy. The bed in this room was also very uncomfortable.
The next day, we were shown to our new room (different from previous check in room) but the TV didn't work and could not be fixed, so we were then moved to yet another room! 4 different room for a 4 night stay, having to pack and unpack all our luggage each time. Nor t happy but at least the staff was very helpful and we did get one night refund.

Really convenient location, decent size room, and bathroom amenities were a nice touch. However, kitchen was a bit limited (could have used a sink, or more bench space), and the promised free wifi did not work.

No lifts (clearly stated on site) but difficullty getting someone to help me with luggage. But a big thanks to the thoughtful staff member Pamela, who changed my room to ground floor.

Our stay was good, location was good to get about where we went to attend functions. Our only concern was the hot water tap in the bathroom did not work, traffic noise is expected but double glaze did help a little bit. Notified reception to have the basin tap fixed no one came, other than that would stay there again.

In desperate need of an update and a decent clean. Shower was mouldy. Windows were filthy and difficult to open and close. Dining table was sticky. Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom. No plates, cutlery or milk provided.
Staff were lovely and helpful however.

Very clean room and super comfortable bed. Shower pressure was not good but otherwise comfortable nights stay.

Clean and facilities as expected for the price. However they were redoing flooring right outside our room, all day, from 8am. No warning given or apologies made. Didn't keep the room right outside the work zone free as one would expect.
