noisy, especially in evening, sleepless.

Very convenient location. And good for the price, only thing is, I was woken up at 4am by some drilling sound below.. which literally disturbed my sleep. Old building, however maintaining for the business to keep going.

Great location, old room.

The location is really good and the transportation is very convenient, but the cleaning is really poor. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The windows are also very dusty. There is mold in the corner of the bathroom, which means it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. In order to maintain the quality of trip.com, it is recommended not to continue

There is a Chinese-speaking waiter at the front desk, and communication is smooth. There is a currency exchange window at the door. The location is good, near St. Paul's Church and close to the Yarra River. It is a good choice for Chinese travellers.

Not for fussy people but perfectly functional and brilliant location. Limited reception hours but friendly helpful staff. Microwave, toaster, kettle and TV in the room. Washer and drier available 24 hours for free. Backpacker sort of style but private room. Good hot shower with good pressure. A little noise from the street but with earplugs not a problem at all. I would definitely stay again!

It's a little far from the station, so it's not very convenient. This time I rented a car, but there was only 2 parking spaces at the hotel.Even though I had made a reservation on the 3rd day, there were other cars parked there, and the space was so small that I had to park in front of my car. I felt inconvenienced by blocking the room. The staff themselves were very nice and helpful. I had a lot of early morning schedules, so I was only able to have breakfast once out of 3 days, but it was very delicious.

Excellent location and horrible motel. The carpet is very dirty and it is super smelly. I didn't want to open my luggage in order my clothes don't smell too. The bed is very small (I am 1,65m and my feet were out). It is too soft and unbalaced, it was folling to the left. The fridge is so noisy I had to turn it off. The bath was quite clean. The windows were so dirty and the aircond made noises all the night althought it was switched off. I had several skin rushes on my leg this morning when I woke up although I didn't see any bugs. I would not stay one more night neither for free.

Great room at affordable price

The location is very convenient, just near the same station as Jay Chou. Many attractions can be reached on foot, or you can just take the free tram. The interior facilities of the room are complete and the room is large, which is very suitable for short-term travel.

Very spacious, very clean, very worth much of the price

Very nice location, close to everything in the heart of the city. Room was small but had alot in it and good view. Was on the 6th floor but there was no protection on the window so safety hazard. Bathroom shower had a hole in wall where a missing vent was, but great shower pressure and awesome hot water. Would 100% come back
