Cleanliness was good but my major complaint is that they did not tell us that the air is not working so when we got into our room, it was 80° and all we had was a small window to prop open. Went down to the front desk to see about moving rooms and we weren’t able to do they have us a box fan to put in front of the window for circulation. The next day we saw so many other patrons have box fans as well so this is an entire building issue. We luckily had a colder day the next day and kept our window open to keep the room cool but I was very angry about not being informed of the air not working or the front desk people not offering to take some money off of our stay.

Staff are friendly. No cleanliness issues. Smells clean, but not offensively so. Fitness room was standard but nice and clean. Breakfast was fine as well. Had hot food and not just cereal and toast. Shower had good water pressure. Indoor pool looked nice, but never visited it.
It is an older building but maintained from what I could tell. The tile in the bathroom was cold but clean. My only complaint is that adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to make a difference as the room was very cold. I just shut it off so it wouldn't blow cold air into the room as I was barely in the room except sleeping and getting ready for a workshop.
I plan to stay here in the future if I'm ever in the area.

The room was adequate but the bathroom and sink area were tiny and hard to maneuver around in. The bed was comfortable. However, there was no TV guide and I am really tired of trying to figure out the remote control(s) in each hotel room in which I stay. Breakfast was good but boring. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. I probably would not stay here again.

The heat didn’t work the first night, staff wasn’t friendly. The pool was the best experience. The hot tub didn’t work.

The room itself was clean but the toilet barly flushed, the bathtub water facet leaking and could hear running water all the time, heat would go up past 62 degrees. When asked about it was told the boiler was old and to just turn it up. Eventually we were able to get a portable heater. Not a good time to have heating problems whne well below zero outside.

I liked Kris at the front desk. He is charming and helpful. I liked how quiet it was the night we stayed. I like the shower head; however, my girlfriend found it hard to adjust to her height. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Half of the reason we chose this hotel was because of the hot tub. However, the hot tub was broken and this was never disclosed until arrival.

Very clean... Plentiful and good breakfast selections... Great staff. Nice pool and hot tub where we met some nice people. We would stay there again.

Very clean, bed was a little firm for our taste. Air return was a little louder than we are used to, but it was nice to have the white noise to sleep to. Room darkening shades were very nice too! Very close to IKEA, and we will stay again.
