Spacious apartment with great view over Lakelands Golf course and clubhouse. All amenities available - large kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Included parking and was easy access to local establishments. The communications and check-in was greatly appreciated.

This is our second stay at Signature Waterfront Apartments. The location is ideal, away from the busy Gold Coast strip. Yet close enough to the beach when required. Being self contained the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc, and the laundry contained a washer and dryer. The views over the golf course are great and the deck is ideal for having a meal on at the provided outdoor furniture. Checkin was quick and efficient. All dealings with Courtney by email prior to our arrival were responded to quickly. The beds are comfortable and the parking is in a secure garage under the building. We will certainly look to stay here again on our next visit.
