Decent property but the room was in horrible condition. Scratch marks all over the bed frame, toilet doesn’t flush correctly (had to open the lid and add water), and the floor was all dusty…I think the tiles on the floor are causing it to be difficult to sweep. The ac works well but it’s directly blowing on your face since it’s above the bed frame.

We were pleasantly surprised by this conveniently located, relatively small hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable for larger families, and service was exceptional, at every step along the way. Location was also convenient for getting around the museums and parks near the zoo/castille/anthro museum area. Not too far from La Condesa as well.

Hotel was great. Room was great except the bed did not have a mattress. Instead it was only box springs very uncomfortable and as we did not discover this until 10 at night we stayed in this uncomfortable bed

Nice place the price was right near places that we wanted to see. Never order Uber from here, the driver got lost and I got charged for the fare ended up ordering a taxi from the hotel. The hotel needs a little renovation the bed frame needs changing other than that the restaurant in nice has a nice view food was very good. Hotel personnel was very pleasant

The room/apartment is pretty agreeable especially for a long term stay, and the location is good enough. But the photos are deceptive. This is not a five star property by any measure. And questionable as a 4 star. The lobby is like a hall way and does not smell very good. The photos are totally deceptive. The gym is a closet and the restaurant, once you get to it after walking from the lobby through a garage, then to another elevator in a neglected service area, is far from elegant. It is, let's say neglected. This hotel barely holds it together. But this is what really got me. The wood floors are pretty but clearly they are never cleaned. I have attached a photo of my foot after walking in my room barefoot for three minutes. I could tolerate the rest, but there is no excuse for this. And the as photos go, the so called gym is more like a big closet with two half broken down machines. The management should just give a clearer picture of the place as functional rather than elegant.

First, the pricing was fair, considering I was traveling alone. The property was conveniently located within walking distance from some of the main attractions, including the Bosque de Chapultepec, the Castle, Anthropology Museum, and Angel of Independence. The area was safe for me to walk to nearby locations in the early morning and night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant at the Terraza was delicious and had great views and atmosphere. My room and the hotel in general was very clean and quiet. This stay exceeded my expectations and will stay here again if I come back to Mexico City.

Property is very old. Mold all over bathroom. Ground in dirt everywhere. It’s just too old to be clean or comfortable but I bet when new it was a lovely place. The communication and service and people were excellent. The property itself bad but the workers wonderful. If stay ask high floor it’s not as noisy with a main busy highway below.

We didn’t know what to expect as we booked this hotel last minute, but ended up being the perfect place for us. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the rooms we’re comfortable with great views. The hotel restaurant was amazing! Would defiantly recommend to family and friends.
