It feels good, the price is very cost-effective, but it's a bit unlike a normal hotel. The front desk is not 24 hours a day. Although there is a 24-hour security guard, the security guard doesn't know anything and can't communicate. It's pretty clean, and overall I'm quite satisfied. Finally, I want to say that with a system like Trip's, I'm still embarrassed to let others write reviews haha.

They have some serious problems with their booking systems. I had a confirmed reservation and they sent me a link to "guarantee" the room. I paid as they asked, then the next day they asked me to pay again claiming it didn't work or something. So I did. Then when I showed up they told me they had no rooms and my booking was cancelled for not paying them ahead of time. However, two charges showed up on my card so there was no problem with my card. I had to go and dispute those later. Friends I was traveling with also paid upfront with a booking site and were turned away and told there were no rooms when they arrived. You can't rely on this place to actually have a room when you show up, I'd avoid it.

Dumpy apartment. Old sofa covers on old sofa in need of repair or tossing in the trash. Dirty microwave, old towels, dirty curtains, lumpy pillows, very cold at night, connection for smart tv not working. Very poor maid service. The only good thind was the location. Ive stayed in much better places for less money. Think twice before booking at this very bad apartment.

Great neighbourhood with many restaurants/bars around. no idea how this place has 8+ rating. Furniture is dated, paint and siding peeling and chipped, bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower pressure low, fridge not cold. The couple times walking in/out of the hotel had shady character sitting in the small lobby stare me down.

Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and the neighborhood is relatively safe. The property itself needs a lot of work. Our living room furniture was very old and both sofa and loveseat had major sagging and wear. The door to our patio locked from the outside only which was very strange. The bathroom was nice but water pressure is pretty low and takes a long time to heat up. Staff was all nice with good customer service. Paint had cracks and some peeling so could use a touch up.
Overall the suite worked for us and we liked that there was lots of room, furniture and paint just need some freshening up.

This is a spacious hotel with reasonably nice amenities. The service is good. The furnishings are a bit worn down and the bed was very firm, but the linens and towels are good.The area is excellent--very quiet with lots of restaurants within walking distance.
