Resturant food was really nice . I kept ordering the blackened mahi mahi fish burger . The reception staff were super helpful. I left my phone battery charger and they communicated very positively. The decor of the accomodation was beautiful and I loved the swimming pool

Very cozy place. Everything inside is very clean! Amazing rooftop! Very close to the ocean. The hotel has a good cafe so you can have breakfast at 8am and have fun at the bar until the evening. Very friendly and polite staff. Clean room. I would like to express special gratitude to Azem Anvar, who works at the reception - as a personal assistant, he helps any guest with absolutely any question, a very polite and well-mannered young man is the face of this hotel.

Very nice hotel, beautiful decor, very nice setting, very well located 3 minutes walk from the beach (the hotel provides towels at reception). There is no parking on site but they will know tell you where to find one 5 minutes away at $8 for 24 hours. The staff is very warm, thanks to Carlos for his kindness, thanks to Omar and Noah for their welcome. They will be able to listen to you and respond to your requests as best as possible. The bedding is comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, the swimming pool is pleasant. Friendly rooftop with deckchairs and gym on the 7th floor on the terrace. Very nice welcome at the bar too. 15 minutes by car from Ocean Drive.

The bed is not very comfortable. The most annoying thing is that the key card always fails. Basically, I have to go downstairs to activate it every time, which is very troublesome. Warm reminder: When booking a hotel in Miami, you must book a hotel that includes breakfast. It is very expensive to have breakfast outside alone.

The room is small and there is no table. The window view is average, and the windows cannot be opened. The only advantage is that it is not far from the beach, you can walk to the beach in two minutes. The photo was taken on the rooftop of the hotel, and only a little bit of the sea can be seen.

Good service, clean, but parking is difficult

Lovely boutique hotel right in mid beach. From the room to the service, everything was perfect! Very accommodating and helpful staff and a quick walk to everything. I highly recommend. Skip South beach, Hotel Croydon is the best!

This hotel has good food through The Tavern restaurant and the pool area is super relaxing. The room was spacious, but not the most sound proof. For the price and location it’s pretty decent and excellent location for walking to the beach!! DO NOT book a massage at this facility. It’s through a separate company and they no showed without an explanation. That was a huge let down but it’s not apart of the hotel management. The hotel staff was great and very helpful which help bump this up to a good stay at the Hotel Croydon.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious for two. Not to mention the restaurant was a 10/10. Definitely will stay again!!

This had to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.. Took 3hrs for them to finalize and confirm my reservation. The room has nothing but a tv a bed and a mini fridge. Don't have anywhere to park. Street parking charges you by the hour. They recommend a parking garage over15 blocks away. I'm handicap and can't walk that far Wouldn't stay there if it was free.

Our check in was easy. Front desk staff very friendly. Room spacious and clean and nicely decorated. Beds comfortable. Convienant restaurant and Bar downstairs. We also had a great breakfast. The area is residental and quiet.

Our room was next to the elevator so that noise took a bit of getting used to. Not having kleenex or coffee or a microwave was a daily challenge. The cucumber water in the lobby was nice. The cold shaded pool was a disappointment. I waited 10 minutes to get my cold toast for breakfast and my meal was cold by then.

Clean lobby and rooms, friendly helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is great although happy hour was packed. Pool was shaded and smaller than expected but hotel is a very easy walk to the beach. Overall for the price I would stay there again.

Amazing location, nice hotel and staff. Room was nice. Only comment is that the water pressure for the shower was low.
