I would recommend staying here!

A road is being built near the elevated corner, making it inconvenient for cars to get in and out. The room size is okay, the equipment and furniture are very old, and the heating and air conditioning is very noisy. Fortunately, the bedding is relatively clean. In addition to coffee and hot water, breakfast is just a few small packaged snacks, which is better than nothing. The price was too expensive during the Chris**as holidays, and when I arrived at the store, I found that the price I ordered a few days ago had been reduced. I contacted Ctrip to handle it accordingly. Ctrip's service was pretty good.

The hotel is in the city center and has convenient transportation. There is a kitchen where you can cook something and a bathtub. It is big enough. However, the surrounding road construction is a little inconvenient. I drove my own car and parking is free.

Very new, clean and tidy

Place was interesting for sure. Very hard to find definitely. I just felt a bit out of place I think. Entrance was very "cold" and felt not welcoming. Small thing but it adds so, so, so much to the experience. Besides that there were a few technical issues for me at least: - Wi-fi very inconsistent. I was out walking for hours upon hours and sometimes I would go back with lunch and watch something while eating. Sometimes it would be very hard though. - Shower; the stream was soft so it was almost impossible getting your entire body wet/clean. Again, small thing, but mattered very much because I just couldn't get a good shower on any of my 7 days. When I loaded up the bath I got the option to wash some parts easier but not really the same. Service was fine. Some of the people were nice and friendly others felt like they were there enjoying minimum wage. Also, super weird that they didn't accept card for the tide pods. Tide pods, though, being a positive. Washing my own clothes was very easy! Very nice! Because of the way this stay impacted my vacation I can only give about 2/5. It's not that I wouldn't recommend it... it's just that for my needs it didn't quite fit.

The location is good, close to the train station and to the convenient store across the street. This hotel has no shuttle service to the port.. Although my stay here was only for the night to tour miami, it was easy to get to from south beach...the area looked safe, people is seen walking during the night and day. I had a great view from my room window...The staff was nice. The breakfast was only grab to go items like individually wrapped muffins...it would be nice to incorporate fruits.

We enjoyed our stay. Kind and professional staff, especially Michael. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Very nice!!

We were very happy with our stay at Extended Stay 2/12/24-2/19/24. It is very convenient to shopping ,grocery ,banks,ect I just have a few suggestions . When I arrived there were a lot of boxes behind the front desk and only one bench to sit on while waiting to check in and if you were early the wait could be a long time with no place to sit. Anyways for a moment I thought what are we doing here. However after we settled in everything was quite comfortable . Lobby could use some plants as it is Miami and would make people more comfortable. The only other thing is we had to refresh our key everyday to the point when we returned to the hotel we would do that before we went upstairs. Maybe they need a new card machine . Other than minor things its great no frills -save $ place. Will stay next year for our next convention w

The rooms were large and spacious and smells great. I had a view of the roadside and part of the surrounding houses.

The condition of the hotel is terrible. We didn't get any tools for the kitchen and when we asked for the tools that we got where not worth using. Not worth the effort.

Never cleaned the room in 9 days sink was clogged and I had to fix it. You had to change your towels

Very disappointed first I booked 2 room and when I arrived just have one abd I have received imail with information but they not have nothing take me almost2 hours to find a solution with hotels com thenplace is not clean smell like smoke I ask then for utensils they don’t have everything thing is so limited ac is very loud and more

Waited for half hour to get checked in at 2am in the morning and they said no bottled water and vending machine is broken worst customer service i've ever seen in the recent past

Breakfast items were not restocked when running low. Also, they had my reservation wrong when arriving
