Facilities: You have to enter a password every time you use the elevator and enter the room, which isn't very convenient. The beds are all bunk beds.
Hygiene: The conditions are just okay; you have to make your own bed with the sheets and pillowcases.
Environment: It's close to the station, making it easy to get around.
Service: The staff are very friendly. You get a free drink after checking in and registering.

I only stayed here for a few hours before my flight going to another city. I was assigned at the highest bunk bed.
I booked a 5-people sharing with bathroom inside. It was an okay experience since I didn’t stay that long. The check-in process is easy and staff are helpful.
The downstairs area is a bar so expect people are noisy outside at least past 12am.
The location is near the bus station and the main subway line so it’s easy to navigate towards the city. Great location!

It was just a few steps from Milano Centrale. Plenty of restaurants and fast food to choose from around the area. Front desk was very helpful and cheery. Good overall vibes. Clean room and bathroom.

Clean accommodations and delicious breakfast! I stayed here, left my bags in their lockers for a 1-night trip to Venice, and came back to stay again. Very convenient!

I was originally booked for the female dorm (4 persons), but I requested to upgrade the room to private room when during check in. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I upgraded successfully! :)
The hostel is near to the Milan Central, and there are many good restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my time there.

Located in the heart of the city, right next to the train station, making it extremely convenient to get around. It can be a bit crowded, but it’s very clean.

The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the place was quite clean. The rooms had keyless entry with passcodes, so the security and management seemed very well-organized. It's a shame, though, that you have to pay for towels and luggage storage.

Milan Bello Grande Hostel: Avoid at all costs!
They must be insane with greed!
A word of caution to everyone: if your itinerary is tight, and especially if there's a possibility of a strike in Milan, absolutely DO NOT book this hostel!!
1. Firstly, I booked this hostel on Ctrip for a ridiculously expensive price of 1100 for two nights. Seven days before check-in, I learned that there would be a strike at Milan airport on February 16th, making it highly likely my flight wouldn't depart on schedule. I couldn't risk it, as a one-day delay would ruin my entire trip to Spain. So, I immediately contacted the hostel to see if I could get a refund and cancel my booking.
Even though this hostel had a non-cancellable policy on Ctrip, I still held out hope, as it wasn't due to my personal reasons. To my surprise, when Ctrip customer service tried to negotiate, they firmly said no. I sent an email, and the first reply was regretful but still a 'no.' The second time, I conceded and asked if I could at least get a refund for one night (February 15th), and they simply didn't reply at all.
Haha, just taste that attitude [disapproving emoji].
I had to rebook a new flight for the evening of February 15th, which cost me over 900 more, plus the hostel cost me over 400 for one night. My total loss was 1400.
This establishment has absolutely no human empathy. Do they think my money grows on trees? (I asked a few friends with similar urgent itineraries; many hotels in Europe have non-cancellable policies, but after negotiation, their hotels provided refunds, as it wasn't due to personal subjective reasons.)
2. Secondly, once I checked in, I was even more disappointed. This is absolutely the worst hostel I've ever stayed in.
* Around 11 or 12 at night, the bar at the entrance was blasting music, and I could still hear the thumping bass even with the windows closed.
* The moment I entered the room, I saw this triple bunk bed, like something out of a train sleeper car. I've never seen a triple bunk bed in any hostel before. As soon as I saw it, I completely understood the vibe of this hostel – they're truly insane with greed.
* The duvet insert was extremely dirty. I didn't use it at all; I just slept under the duvet cover.
* The toilet was incredibly poorly soundproofed; you could hear everything clearly from outside when someone was using the water.
3. When I checked out early on the afternoon of the 15th, the front desk even asked what happened, which honestly just made me laugh.
I thought not bringing up my desire to cancel the booking during check-in was to avoid escalating the conflict, but it turns out the front desk had no idea! No idea at all!
What a terrible hotel, terrible communication, terrible service, and terrible hygiene!
In short, it was an extremely disgusting hostel experience. 1100 for two nights and they refuse to negotiate a refund – how dare they?
Ctrip was also ineffective in communicating. This place completely disrespects both the buyer and the platform. They're in the service industry yet they play dead, uncontactable, and don't reply to messages. Do they think that once tourists leave, it won't affect their business?!
Disgusting 🤢

This hostel is the liveliest I've ever stayed in, and it's a chain too. Their ground floor is bustling and incredibly lively at night! Stays here include a free drink or alcoholic beverage.
The quad room isn't huge, but it's much better than the one I had in Nice. It's a bit of a walk from the train station; you have to drag your luggage for a while, and it's all cobblestones. Hotels in Milan were so expensive at the time, over 500 [currency unit] a night, so I only stayed one night.
I traveled from France to the Lampugnano bus station, then took the subway to Lima and walked to the hotel.

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and it was a much better experience than I expected. It's really close to the train station. This time, it was just me and another gentleman, so it was quite quiet at night, and the bathroom was very clean. Overall, I thought it was excellent value for money.

Close to the central train station with all sorts of amenities. It's very lively at night with bars and what seemed like stand-up comedy shows, making it really convenient for getting around. A young lady at the front desk was very friendly and provided us with excellent service.
