Very suitable place for families to stay. As we stayed on the first floor, the apartment offers good amount of space and amenities for the price offered. There is kitchen and cooking appliances, including the cookware and cutlery. There are proper living and dining room, providing plenty of spaces to relax and unwind after a trip. Amazing proximity to Milan Centrale station.

Location was very close to station, safety also good as it is off to the side road rather than in front of station main area where many homeless people are.

The housekeeper who checked in was super enthusiastic and humorous. He introduced various facilities and key points in detail. It was a perfect check-in guide. The appearance of the wine shop looks like a museum. It is just 3 minutes away from the left hand side of the Central Station. Walk to the nearest It only takes 1 minute to get to the subway station and tram. After entering the room, you will find perfect kitchen supplies and living room, a great room and bathroom, and a thoughtful gift bag of snacks and a large bottle of mineral water. It also comes with a bunch of adapter plugs. It is simply perfect. It’s so considerate; there is Conad on the basement floor of the Central Station which is very convenient~ There is a Pasticceria Rovida nearby which is highly recommended for brunch~

It was simply superb.
Great location, kind & accommodating staff, spacious rooms equipped with kitchen dishwasher, free laundry, early check-in possible from 10AM, luggage storage possible after check out.

This was our last stop in Italy before going home and it surely was the best accommodation we have had to date. The property manager was very polite and helpful during our check-in and stay. Only a couple of minutes walk to Milan Central Station

Easy to get to from central train station and got a bus transfer from Bergamo airport and you are dropped off at the station which is about a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Late check in was fine, all communicated beforehand and no problems. Apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Only downside for us was the firmness of the bed and sofa bed - thought I had booked the apartment with two bedrooms as thats what was in the photos of it but never mind. Receptionist was polite and let us store our luggage from check out as we had a late flight. This place is a great option if you will be getting around by train and metro to sight see, just be aware because of the location it’s quite noisy with traffic.

Checking in was easy and staff was very friendly. We were arriving quite early, but we got our room right away, that was perfect. Room was big and spacious. Cleaning seemed to be ok, this was at the end only topic that I found complaining about. They should focus on details. Cooker hood was so dusty, that we were afraid to use it, just didn’t want to cause a fire with dusty hoover…. It’s small details with cleaning that they should focus on (broken vine glasses, cleaning the hoover, cleaning under a toilet seat, etc). Location of the apartment is very good. Closest metro is just behind the corner and walk to central station is only couple of minutes away. I can recommend this accommodation to everyone. Location is really good, service was amazing and room was big. Just little things with cleaning and I will give full 5 stars, now I’ll just give 4,5 😊
