Transportation: Not too far from the train station, about ten minutes walk. The road closer to the train station is flatter. Room: The room is large, has central air conditioning and wall air conditioning, and is very warm. Other facilities are average and the bed is very comfortable. The layout of public areas is very distinctive Dining and Shopping: There is a small supermarket not far away, a very authentic Neapolitan pizza shop, and several restaurants. Carrefour is a little further away, a ten-minute walk. Health: Not bad Service: Apart from cleaning the room, there is no service. Remember, be sure not to check in late, otherwise. . . .

Convenient and well stocked

Very close to the train station so comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, we slept very well in the bed, and there was no noise in the building or from the street. But be careful about the time of your arrival. There is an extra charge of €20 to check in later than 6:00 p.m. and with a limit for checking in before 8:00 p.m. A little excessive in my opinion after paying €145 for one night + local taxes.

To begin with the name....no art or anything.... junk placed around the place that has smudges (dirt accumulated over the years) The photos do not resemble reality, it is a gloomy, dark place! They have not had that light in life! You think you are going to a charming accommodation and it seems like you are in the escape room of terror. The floor creaks...whether you weigh 40 kilos or 70. A guy greeted us with a very bad mood because we had rung the bell twice when we saw that they didn't open the door for us and we couldn't hear the bell. No hospitality, no desire to want to serve the customer, no desire to live... rude. When he criticized that the photos do not resemble reality, the guy sat down and just repeated, I don't understand or that's what it is. The smell is a mix of bleach and soup. You sink into the mattress and the pillow is almost non-existent with no option to ask for more. Very helpless, we didn't leave because we paid in advance

Very difficult to write this review. For my travel needs the place was perfect, good value for money, location, ok... but with little it could offer much more. We are talking about a b&b (without breakfast...) located in a once elegant apartment not far from the Caiazzo metro station (and this is a plus). Furnished with recycled materials (not always in a happy way), large room, quite comfortable bed (but certainly the headboard made of branches (yes, tree branches) is not so welcoming... the host is very helpful, although gruff in appearance, but responded promptly to all our requests.
