Sheraton Minneapolis West Hotel Reviews

Started out poorly, as the receptionist was asleep (2am) and I had to climb over the counter to wake him. The dining staff were very friendly and bright for breakfast. Room was fine.

Great place for families or sports teams to stay. The pool is in the middle of the hotel so it does get loud. It was fine for me because I could peek out of my room and look in on my teenage son in the pool.

I've driven by the hotel many times and was surprised to see how nice it was when I checked in. Full service hotel with restaurant, bar, pool, whirl pool, daily room cleaning and lots of free parking across the street from the Ridgedale Mall! Very nice!

Only reason for three star is house keeping knocking on door at 8:15am to see if we were there or checked out!

The property is very nice! The hot tub is big and pool is fun for the kids. Enjoyed out stay!

It was a beautiful hotel. Well kept and amazing service. The only problem we had is the thermostat was broke and the room was cold.

The room wouldn’t cool down and stayed in the mid 70s. A bit too hot for us to sleep well.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very humid and warm. I did request a fan and the first one didn't work so the engineer brought another. He asked to come in to check the thermostat and then stalled to leave. I had to firmly ask him 3-4 times to leave my room. It was very uncomfortable and very inappropriate.

Heat wasn’t functioning very well or not at all for a couple nights, but otherwise excellent.

I stayed here for a conference at the facility. Brandon checked me in and was pleasant and welcoming. Room large and was clean. Carpet had some unraveled areas that should be cut and room was hard to cool down even with thermostat set right. Soft bed, nice pillows, fridge and coffee in room. Warm musky shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion. Mall across the road. Bar and restaurant on site.

Clean, safe and comfortable place to stay on our family vacation. The pool was nice to lounge in after spending the day out and about. Everyone was welcoming with a smile when we returned.

Came to Minnesota for a wedding, this hotel was conveniently located to the venue. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was kind and professional. Hotel was clean and liked the open layout. Was quiet and we were even able to enjoy the pool area a few evenings. Conveniently located across from a nice mall, walking distance. Some of our party were able to walk over and enjoy the day there. Overall great experience would stay here again.

I loved the Starbucks station in the lobby every morning, that it was dog friendly, comfortable beds and convenient lication.

We’re in town for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and very comfortable. I liked that the hotel used large dispensers for shampoo etc rather than small disposable bottles. Less plastic waste. Would certainly return to this hotel
