A holiday highlight. An experience you could only have in Japan as all the staff warmly share their delightful hotel with its traditional very comfortable rooms, indoor and outdoor onsen and dining. You are gently guided and have their ways shared with you to create a special time you will always remember. From the ethereal lady owner singing us a folksong during dinner to the ride in their wonderful old bus to see the Vine Bridge and waterfall all lit up at night every minute was a treat. The food was without a doubt a highlight. Not only the flavours but also the presentation and to have it all explained at each step was wonderful. Try the Japanese breakfast it was delicious. It was great to be able to stay 2 nights and enjoy the tranquility of the hotel during the day.

1. 從大步危站直接搭taxi到酒店，費用是JPY3260 2. 到酒店有工作人員幫你拿行李到房間 3. 前台有台灣人，不會日語也沒關係 4. 房間設施非常好，榻榻米不會很硬，就這樣躺著也蠻舒服 5. 食堂每天都會換，會有專人為妳介紹菜式，有會英文的，也有會廣東話的，經打聽原是香港人，也會講國語，很讚 6. 大堂本身有一角賣零食和特產的，但如果想去大一點的商店，就只能走去最近的かずら橋夢舞台了。如果不是自駕遊，只能走去，只是要小心，因為是馬路，沒有行人道，只有界線和桅杆之間的一點小小行走空間，盡力貼著桅杆走吧，但車會避開你就是了

服務非常好,到達當天正落雨,員工攞住遮出嚟去幫我哋開車門接我哋落車,我哋搭的士 食飯嘅餐廳有位男員工,服務很好非常殷勤,會講廣東話,普通話,日文及流利英語 房間設施亦很好住得很舒服 也有貼心預備小朋友的拖鞋及浴衣 走的當天還有員工送我們去巴士站搭巴士,等到我哋上咗巴士再揮手byebye 一次難忘的住宿體驗

酒店真的很好，設施各方面很好，員工熱情有禮 丟失了東西馬上嘗試通知我，也為我保存起來 建築設計古色古香 但是留意trip.com 購買時到底是否真的有浴室，因為我是選擇了有浴室但是去到時候發現了沒有浴室🥲 大家訂購時多注意就好 酒店很好，路途是有點遙遠

Best location as it is very close to the tourist spots. The staff are very helpful especially Lin at the reception as he gave us lots of useful tips and explanation. The owner was most attentive and she sang for us at dinner time which was a nice surprise. The rooms are spacious and the onsen on the hill is very interesting. We enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting there again.

This hot spring hotel not only has a sky outdoor bath with beautiful autumn colors, but also has very considerate service. There is a free night tour of Manqiao in the evening. Because we were pressed for time the next day, the hotel also sent a driver to pick us up at Manqiao, which made us feel at home. The Chinese service at the front desk is also great. I really hope I have the chance to stay here again.

The service attitude of the staff was very good. When we got off the bus, an employee came over to greet us and asked our names. Then he took the initiative to help the three of us carry our luggage to the room so that we could check-in easily. Dinner and breakfast were very rich. We ate in the lobby. The staff brought our meals one by one and introduced us to the names and ingredients of the food one by one, so that we could understand the characteristics of local food. While we were having dinner, staff were already preparing beds in our room. The hotel also arranged a free night walk of about 30 minutes. We drove to the nearby Iya Manbashi Bridge to enjoy the night view of Iya Vine Bridge and waterfalls. The scenery in the hotel is also very beautiful. We made a reservation for a private bath, which lasted 45 minutes. We could enjoy the bath privately with our family, and the price was not too expensive. In addition, the public baths are also very comfortable and beautiful. The open-air baths also include foot baths and rest rooms.  When we left, the hotel staff knew that we were taking a bus to Dawei Station. He took the initiative to take our three pieces of luggage out to the station and put our luggage on the bus for us. The service was very satisfactory.

An employee who speaks Mandarin and Cantonese introduced the ingredients for dinner and breakfast, which were very good. There are two washing machines and two dryers available for customers to use for free. At eight o'clock in the evening, a special car took us to the Vine Bridge to enjoy the night view. Please make a reservation when checking in.

A very unique hot spring hotel in Iya. You can take the cable car up the mountain to soak in the open-air hot spring. At 8 o'clock in the evening, there is a nostalgic minibus to Manten Bridge and the waterfall. Remember to make a reservation on the spot when you check in!
