Receptionist was so lovely,food was great very clean my only complaint was I paid way to much for the room when family members in similar rooms paid a lot less , room was quite small as well for price , would definitely stay again,staff are excellent

What can I say.. the four seasons team were absolutely amazing.. from the moment we walked in for our initial appoin**ent to our wedding day! They made the day so special for us and everything run so smoothly! Nicola dealt with us throughout all of our wedding planning and meetings and she was absolutely amazing, so professional and everything was so organised. On the day we had Barbara, she was so kind and good craic, she kept us all right on what was happening next and even had some craic with the guests and bridal party! The food was absolutely class, everyone complimented it all day! From start to finish it was an absolutely class venue and the best day! We couldn’t have wished for anymore. Thank you again to everyone at the Four Seasons! I would highly recommend if you are thinking of getting married. Caitlin & Conor Woods

Beautiful Hotel on a lovely quiet road, 15min pleasant walk to Monaghan. 4 star décor and service but unfortunately not 4 star food. We ordered the steak sandwich which turned out not to be a sandwich as the steak was served on a piece of bread but with not the top i.e.. not sandwiched between bread. This is a personal peeve of mine. However this time it probably didn't matter that the the top piece of bread was missing as we couldn't eat the bread, it was soaked in garlic butte and actually leaking over the plate. On the other side of the plate there was what looked to be a very colorful salad unfortunately it was soaked in salad dressing and was soaking that side of the plate. I had to remove the steak and eat it off a side plate as I didn't want the chips to get soaked The steak was perfectly cooked so maybe do not be so heavy handed with dressings or get rid of the garlic completely. The Breakfast is buffet style. A great choice of yoghurt, cereal, fruit etc. that you help yourself to and it is all lovely. However when you queue to get the hot food the problems start. They serve breakfast until 10am, we went down about 9.20 so after eating the cold food we were queuing for hot at about 9.40/9.45 and the scrambled egg was already finished, very disappointing. I think you should be still refilling at that time as there still quite a few people after us. Secondly the toast is already prepared so you are either given cold hard toast , which my husband was given or you are told that she has to make more and will bring it to your table!!! of course this means by the time you get it, you have already eaten your food, which is what happened to me. I think this could be solved by putting toasters beside the cold buffet section and let people toast their own. Overall a 4 STAR Hotel, with 4 star service...All the staff really friendly and welcoming. They just need to tweak their food.

Best hotel around. Perfect for family nights away or romantic nights away with the other half. We got married here last year as well and went down for our 1st wedding anniversary and the staff were just amazing, they remembered us and came out to see how big the kids had gotten. The pool is amazing and nice and warm. Beds are so comfortable, honestly the best nights sleep. 10/10 every time we stay

When we arrived in the Four Seasons Hotel for our appoin**ent with Nicola we knew instantly that it was going to be the hotel we would have our wedding in. The hotel has a very homely and friendly a**osphere. We absolutely loved the Limewood Suite mainly because our guests were all together in one place. We have had nothing but good feedback about the drinks/food on arrival and how beautiful the room was incorporating our welcome signs, mirror, candles etc to make it special for us. Nicola did an amazing job on our table plan adding in some of our engagement photos it was just perfect. She also personalised our wedding menus using one of our photos and this was such a lovely touch! Her communication throughout was next level. Nothing was an issue and she kept us informed about everything, every step of the way. She literally was a dream to work with and is amazing at her job! Barbara the banqueting manager was absolutely fantastic she made sure that everything ran smoothly and on-time making us feel relaxed and at ease. The food was incredible and numerous guests said that it was the best wedding meal they have ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was delicious and there was plenty of it!! The room looked amazing we were blown away by it! The draping and fairy lights are so effective. We also loved the fact that there are two bars in the Four Seasons, everyone thought the service of the bar staff was incredible and everyone was served very efficiently. The food at the buffet was lovely and plentiful. The trays of sandwiches in the resident’s bar were also a hit! Our honeymoon suite was gorgeous and spacious and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. We enjoyed the food that much that we stayed on with our friends/family to avail of lunch before we left. We honestly can't thank you enough. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to you all. You made our day one to remember and we can't wait to return. See you all very soon!

Really lovely spot / excellent lunch option with fresh salad with very wide choices staff really sound , particularly Marius in the Bar and Fiona at reception well worth a stay ...................................................... Paul

Excellent hotel, very clean, staff was lovely , lovely comfortable bed, spacious room, breakfast was fantastic, we stayed four nights on a coach tour worth the money , would definitely stop here again, evening meals were also excellent, lovely food .

Stayed for a wedding in April 24. Accommodation was spotless, bed was ultra comfortable, staff were helpful and ultra friendly, food and facilities were excellent. A bit noisy during the night, but that was from my fellow guests and nothing to do with the hotel 🫣

We found this to be a lovely hotel. The restaurant staff made our four night stay here particularly worthy of praise. They were attentive and very accommodating, Anne Marie and Ronin in particular were extremely helpful hosts. The food was delightful, creative (chef created great vegan options) and served with lovely warm Irish hospitality. Would definitely visit the Four Seasons again, many thanks!
