Were given a two story room. It was horrible. Room was extremely dated with dark walls, awful wallpaper, uncomfortable furniture, old appliances in kitchenette. Had to go down about 15 steep stairs to get to bedroom, which is not fun for a retired couple. Room service was non-existent. View was a forest. Trip from elevator to our room was down a very long, dark hallway. Had no way to control air conditioning, so room was freezing. Only benefit was gas fireplace which we used to warm up. Hotel itself was in excellent location - in heart of Mont Tremblant Village. Walking distance to everything - go carts, rock climbing, zip lining, trampoline, restaurants. Plenty for families to do. Definitely an expensive tourist destination! Two coffees (1 small, 1 large) cost $9.00. Long lineups in evening for any restaurant.

Perfect we’ll come back! All the skiing amenities, easy, convenient, couldn’t get closer to the hill even if we wanted to. Lovely renovated rooms, clean and well stocked. The shower was a bit awkward but the tub was huge. Hot tub was lovely. Rooms had plenty of space even with the sofa bed.

Allowed early check in and a late check out. Staff was lovely. Room bright and clean with a view of the slopes. Pricey but worth it. Would benefit from having a bar in the lobby

This beautiful hotel is conveniently located a few steps from the Gondola. It has lockers for the skis, a warm library, an underground parking. The room is big with a well equipped kitchen. Room is clean and modern. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location with ski rentals and lockers. Just wish they had food in hotel.

Super large room with a great kitchenette (microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge). The location was perfect: nice view of the mountains, within a short walk from the Mont Tremblant attraction, but very quiet at night time. Highly recommended!

the space was comfortable, well equipped and quiet. We were there at a very slow time for the resort and that suited us just fine.

The place was very nice and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing the shower was too small and the head shower was not a removable head which made the it very hard to shower in that small place.

The chalet is spacious and clean. We have enough room and bed for the 4 of us. We will surely coming back for longer days.

A quiet location away from the business of the village. Quiet room and didn’t hear the neighbours at all.

It was good overall, with everything conveniently located nearby. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the hotel's inflexibility. Despite being sick, they refused to cancel my trip and provide a refund. I do understand that’s it’s the hotel policy but When I requested to reschedule my stay, they even asked for a medical certificate (this is not how you should treat your customers). As a result, I had to go on my planned date, enduring a two-hour drive with my family while taking painkillers.

it’s our the best trip of this year. Great place, clean and quiet. Two bed room on the top floor, nice view. Will come back definitely.
