This was very last minute booked. The person at the front desk was very nice. We arrived late since we have been on the road. I wasn't expecting a lavish place to lay our heads. Just somewhere decent. Expecting was fine. Only thing I wish she would have put us in either the front or side of the motel. We were put all the way in the back.

Very quiet, well kept property located in an industrial area not conducive to walking. Pizza right next door, though!d

Reception wasn’t great. Our sink was clogged and took about 15 minutes to drain each time. The bed was comfortable. And overall things were clean. The breakfast selection was very limited.

The tub in the room clogged when showering. The tub filled up with water when showering. The hot and cold water on shower just didn’t get to the right temp. Stayed at too hot or cold. The front office lady attitude changed when she was gonna help me check in. Her cherry attitude switched when she had to help me.

It was an ok room pretty basic very small bathroom. The layout was confusing of where the room are. But there was a lot of vagrants roaming. 6/10 would stay again

First time we stayed here was about 3 years ago and the rooms were great. But this time, the rooms were dirty and cleaniness was not good. We stayed here after traveling down for a funeral. Front desk agent wasnt very friendly nor welcoming. We found yogurt in fridge from previous people who stayed. Crumbs were all over floor and floor was also sticky.

The temperature in the room was not controllable and set at a very uncomfortable 77 - way too hot to sleep. The floors were so dirty that i mopped them twice more before we unpacked , each time ringing out a filthy rag that had just went over supoosedly clean floors. The exterior door on second floor which was a keyed wntry never locked letting just anyone inside no key needed

This is a budget hotel and it shows. The beds are hard, the room is small, and the decor was bland. The worst part is the floor was dirty and the bathtub was even dirtier. The one saving grace was the sink was separate from the bathroom, which was nice. The only think hot about the breakfast was the waffles. It is also located next to some truck company, so the sound of trucks permeated our room through the night. That may be because our room faced the truck company, if you get a room facing into the courtyard or on the other side of the hotel it may not be so bad. Will I stay at this hotel again, probably not. I've stayed in several hotels in the area and this one isn't one of the best.

Because this is an older property we could tell owner is trying to upgrade. Room with hard floor was nice. Cleaner than carpeted room for sure.

It is a typical Farmington hotel. Clean. Next to Pizza 9. Near river. Bed was nice. I slept well. Pool closed.

Night manager was rude on a phone call while we were waiting to register. Late night clerk dress very unprofessional. No way that you could tell that she was part of the staff. Room was OK. Entire property needs touching up.

Property has rundown (interior and exterior structure) appearance. As long as the bed was comfortable, I was good (it was). One of light bulbs in room didn’t work but fortunately there were several other lights to use. Set up of room entrance through exterior courtyard was very convenient to be able to access room without having to walk too far. Furniture though was nice.

Thin walls you could hear people talking and laughing. Our beds were squeaky and way too soft, breakfast was not a hot breakfast, basically it was a hard boil egg but coffee was very good very strong.

Generally, speaking, the hotel was fair. The staff was great, but a dirty room, with dirty towels and a blood stained washcloth, and drug use on hotel property were evident.
