Service was great the people at the front desk were very polite and helpful the stay was very quite and they have a Waffle House next door and gas stations right up the road and there’s no ********** in sight so a pretty decent place in my opinion

The hotel was conveniently located and the accommodations were very nice. I was especially impressed with the customer service. I managed to forget my driver's license at the front desk, and an employee happily mailed it back to me. They really went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable.

The front desk lady was Very personable and helpful! She is very informative and nice. Enjoyed the time she worked with us and helped me and my wife saved us money to buy the close by attraction tickets. The hotel has good and clean rooms for the stay.

It's a very nice room and nice people. Newly remodeled rooms that are very comfortable. We choose this over any other place we have ever stayed. Its convinent to our location. Just a short drive to getting a wonderful night's rest. We recommended it to everyone.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. It was close two zero degrees due to storm but the room was warm and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I forgot my brand new phone at the hotel and the hotel desk clerk went out in the cold at night and secured it. Anyone could have just stole it but honest people were helpful!

I came with my family to stay at the hotel and the stay was great. The staff was very helpful and good people. The front desk was very friendly. Wifi was good all the time. My kids had fun with all the outdoors activities. They also have smart TV in the room.

Front of business didn’t seem too impressive but we soon learned why it’s received good reviews. The owners and the employees went the extra mile in renovating the motel and making us feel welcome. Our room was clean and very well maintained. And it’s pet friendly! Hope to stay here again!

Came due to close proximity to the caverns and room was super comfortable and staff are very friendly. The bed is incredibly comfortable I slept late on accident. Decided to go ahead and book a second room for friends for tonight.

Came with 2 dogs. The pet room was carpeted and it was filthy. Room smelled of cat urine. Sheets appeared dirty, bedspread stained, one bed was broke, mattress sunk. Slept in my clothes and left by 4:30 am. Just horrendous!
